"Overall the experience was nice due to the location and the beauty of the nature It is a place to visit For the auberge, we had a few hiccups due to the unprofessionalism of the staff Had to call the owner’s cell phone who was out of town Upon his arrival at night, he tried to apologize and make things right but I was a bit late for me We still enjoyed the outdoor sites Thanks to our local guide who works for the auberge “El houceine”"

"Lovely tranquil setting. Amazing pool and nice chilled vibe. All the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Accommodation is basic but clean. Breakfast was excellent and Dinner was very good (they discussed what you would like to eat and cooked it for you off menu - great for vegetarians like us). Would definitely recommend a couple of nights here if you want to explore the nearby falls. "

"I had to cancel the reservation due to 5 of the 7 people in my group were ill and we were unable to travel to Benni Mellal and this hotel. Expedia and I tried to no avail to get my refund of 3 rooms but to no avail. This is very disappointing. I cancelled in enough time by still the hotel Ouzoud would not refund my money. Not good business."

"First of all, getting to the hotel is an extremely difficult process necessitating 30 to 45 minutes of stressful driving over treacherous, dilapidated mountain switchbacks. The hotel itself is dated & shabby. We had no soap in the bathroom and almost had to beg the receptionist to give us a small bottle of liquid soap.There is no sound proofing whatsoever. Noise coming from rooms above and beside us until the wee hours. Ear plugs are an absolute necessity. Also make sure you have a translation...

"This place is NOT great! There is no service or support. The reception clerk was awful! We got to wait until she finished her conversation with her friend. The place was deserted! NO STAFF! We requested dinner and felt so uncomfortable that we ate it in our room. When we woke in the morning, no breakfast was provided... was supposed to be included in the monster price paid for the room. NO ONE WAS AWAKE WHEN WE LEFT. We didn’t leave until 7:30 AM. It was one of the weirdest experiences...
