It wasnt as clean as one would expect for your properties. The grounds were not maintained. Our shower was so slippery because it was slimy feeling.
The tv and remote did not work together.
The continental breakfast was awful.

We rented an ADA Handicap room. First of all the ADA rooms were a considerable distance from the elevator. For people with mobility challenges, this is unacceptable. Entry into and exit from the room in a wheelchair was extremely difficult. All of the rooms we looked at for ADA access had the same door situations. I would rate the room a 4 out of 10 for ADA accessibility. The counters and mirrors were such that from a sitting position in a wheelchair they were unusable. Overall, we will not rent these rooms again.

I was double charged for my stay and haven't been refunded yet. If the refund happens then things will be ok. This is the second time this has occurred here. The first time the fixed it immediately this time not.

The location is great! I was a weather refuge when three winter storms hit Portland. There are a number of good Korean restaurants nearby, Target, and even a movie theater. The facility is clean, staffs were kind and empathetic.

I would have given a higher review but after I checked in I left my room for an hour at most and when I came back, my bag was gone and the shower was used. Apparently they double booked my room and someone had used it before they even realized. Supposedly it was a “computer issue” but that’s just unacceptable. I booked this room with plenty of time so they need to fix that. Other than that the experience was okay, I would not come back though.

I checked in on Thursday at 2 pm and TV had no remote plus all the cables of the tv were off. Told front desk my issue and left. Came back at 8 pm, nothing was done. Next day moved to another room with tv but heater was broken. Slept with my coat on. All next day didn't get fixed and last day got moved to my third room in one weekend stay. I was told general manager will call me on Monday but NO CALL! of course. I really can't say it was a good stay at this hotel. Front desk people were nice and embarrassed by this situation. I felt bad for them.

Pulled out one of the night stands to plug in phone and it was really dirty (bottle cap, loose m&ms on floor, LOTS of dust) so I would recommend doing a deep clean everyone once in a while? Otherwise, great rooms and excellent staff.

Marijuana being smoked in rooms, and with large groups of people out front. Finally had to check out early when “a pump” quit working and there was no hot water. On our second day of no hot water we left but we weren’t given any refunds only that we won’t be charged for the day we left at 9am. We won’t be staying again
