Big Horn Lodge
2/10 Terrible
"Check in was between 3-10pm. We arrived at 9:15 and nobody was there. Keys were left on the desk. We were left to navigate the property ourselves. Not much lighting to help us navigate. Got to our room, no trash can, no toilet paper, no hand soap, no shampoo. Went to the front desk hoping someone was there. Saw. Sign to call if issues. Called. No answer. Texted, no response. Called again and left a message. Sent another text. Half hour later received a call. Someone came down and got the things we needed. By the time I got back upstairs my kids were already in bed. Woke up the next morning to see the bed my kids slept in, the sheets were all stained. I would never stay here again and would definitely not recommend this place."

"The hotel smells like new construction. I woke up in the middle of the night gasping for air. Nice hotel but it needs better HVAC to get the smell out"

Georgetown Mountain Inn
6/10 Okay
"This is an older hotel, so all noises were very noticeable. The hotel, this time of the year, was fairly empty, yet someone was put into the room above us and were noisy all night. Staff did nothing to help with the situation. Thankfully, that was our last night there. Cleanliness of the room was...questionable. Dust on the furniture, carpets are pretty dirty, shower curtain was filthy, hair in the drain, and some sort of stain/damage to the sink (it was brown in color). Door to the room was hard to lock and seemed very flimsy. Room fridge was a micro fridge, and could barely hold drinks. The microwave in the room worked, but sucked SO MUCH POWER, the lights dimmed a lot. The room was hot, and wanted to use the A/C, but had no remote and had to ask the front desk for one. They were very helpful in this matter, and fixed the shower curtain issue as well. The bed wasn't great, and wasn't bad either. Did have issues with power outlets, as we both need CPAPs and power was only available on one side of the bed and had to purchase an extension cord and power strip as the outlet behind the bed was inaccessible. We did not eat breakfast there and opted to go into town. We did eat at the pizza restaurant next to the hotel and it was pretty good. Will warn you, the staff is a bit odd at first, but were very good and helpful. I was harassed by a possible local over a matter personal to me. I did not like the Pho restaurant at the opposite corner of the hotel."

Lone Eagle Lodge
2/10 Terrible
"The WiFi didn’t work I had to use my own hotspot from phone to connect to the t.v one of the main items you use in a hotel room - you would think they would have strong internet for the price of there room. I do not recommend this place if you are a person that requires the t.v like me and my younger children do."
