Hotel was very dirty and old, beds were hard as rocks. Staff was good overall and the food at the restaurant by the pool was good despite the limited menu. The food for breakfast and dinner was not very good. The pool and beach area were good though, our son had lots of fun at during our stay. I will not stay here again.
The hotel is good the view and specially the animation and the reception , the beach and the area but the bad things are the service at the pool bar and the restaurant service very low and need to hire more stuffs I think or to hire a professional stuffs . The security stuffs are good by the way . Hope they will improve the service more
The hotel didn't receive the Expedia reservation, so I waited around 1h until the problem was solved.
The good thing is, Expedia customer service is very active and friendly. And, we received an upgrade from the hotel to a sea-view room.
The service was very bad, just to check in it took 3 hours, the rooms and restaurants was very dirty. The air conditioning was broken. Very bad over all experience to the point that we checked out after one nights stay. That hotel shouldn’t even be opened to public, would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!
Terrible hotel , dirty and very very crowded , terrible customer service , I been in this place at least 3 times every time is worst then the other , don’t waste your money , very pricey for poor quality service , rooms customer, food , and very poor mannered customer with no respect for each other ,
Horrible, dirty, covid protocol not respected, food awful, strongly recommand to avoid this hote.
Infested with mosquitos, water leaks, AC from the war area, no soap in common toilets, dirts in common area, no lights in corridors, and ….
This is the worst hotel ever, Dirty room, no heating, no hot water, cold shower, no breakfast. we had to cancel our stay.

The location is fantastic, beautiful and large swimming pool, the garden is also very beautiful, the hotel is understaffed, the restaurant is a mess, not a place for relaxation, more for having fun with the kids at the pool, would work for families
It is definately not a place to be if you wish a comfortable stay. Minibars are empty, wifi does not reach rooms, the staff is helpless. there is no à la carte restaurant which means you will have to eat the very same buffet. It is a sort of very mean family all inclusive club, not worth the money you pay and certainly not five stars.
Hotel is in a good location and has nice facilities for outdoor time and access to the sea. The restaurant was good for the dinner and breakfast. Downside was the housekeeping was not the greatest. Only two towels were provided for a family of four and it was difficult to have them regularly changed. Extra towels are available for a fee which is strange for a hotel with two pools and sea access. No WiFi is available in the rooms and there is limited to no support accessories in the room such as hot water kettle, teas, coffee, iron etc. The kids enjoyed themselves but I could see a number of improvements at the facilities for a true four star hotel.
1- My booking was for 2 rooms, each with double bed , what we got on each room 2 single beds.
2- The booking was for rooms with pool view, what we have got ocean view as they do not have empty rooms with pool view.
Finally, called Expedia call center to complain and the call went for more than 15 minutets without any action and the person who answered my call told me that, we will call the hotel and call you back. Nothing happened on this regards.

bonjour, l'accueil trop froid avec quelques manières pas agreables, a arrivé la dame de l'accueil na pas trouver ma réservation effectuée chez hotel.com desuite cest apres une longue demie heure qu'elle a réussi à la voire sur leur système, en plus avoir bien etre installé dans la chambre qu'elle ma demandé de rajouté un supplément pour la taxe de séjour pourun enfant de 17 ans sans qu'elle mexplique de c'était une erreur de sa part en mettant le tort sur moi de fausse déclaration or jai bien mentionner 17 ans a la réservation (pas trop agréable).
en plus certains personnels ( ex : bagagiste...) parle de loin au Clientèles je trouve ça pas trop professionnelle.
le reste reste correcte

Un séjour qui s’est très bien passé. L’accueil et le personnels sont très aimables et bienveillants. Ils sont adorables et tout le temps souriant, c’est très agréable.

Schönes aber etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel Strand und Pool sehr schön Animation war gut Personal super freundlich Frühstück eher begrenzt… kein All inklusive Möglichkeit

Grosses Hotel das wirklich Potenzial hat, in der Vorhalle sieht es wirklich top aus.
Die zimmer an sich ok, aber die betten ein graus.
Der Pool viel zu warm abkühlen geht nur im Meer.
Wir haben dieses jahr mehrere Hotel/ Residonzen gebucht und Da Ismail ist auf platz 4.
Le jardin, la plage et la piscine extérieure, sont belles, les agents de sécurité très professionnels,.. par contre les chambres sont pas digne de 05*, le service est très long, les personnels un peu dépassé car j'ai remarqué qu'il ont a faire avec une clientèle bien spécifique
De interieur en de architectuur waren zeer mooi maar niet onderhouden en zeer slecht staat.
Geen desinfecteermiddel aanwezig in het restaurant.
Geen respect voor privacy van klanten.
Deurbeveiliging was kapot.
Geen openheid vertoond voor mensen met andere geloofsopvattingen.
Geen professionalisme en deontologie.
Die Parkanlage mit dem Swimmingpool ist sehr schön und ziemlich gut gepflegt. Der Strandabschnitt hat uns auch gefallen und ist relativ sauber gehalten. Das Zimmer bot eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Pool und das Meer. Es war sauber und bot das Wesentliche, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir aßen im à-la-Carte Restaurant, das sehr gute Speisen zu einem vernünftigen Preis servierte. Das einzige, was uns wirklich störte, war, dass das WIFI im Zimmer nicht funktionierte und das Fernsehprogramm-Angebot mehr als dürftig für ausländische Gäste ist. Wir empfehlen, eine eigene tunesische SIM-Karte mit genügend Internet-Guthaben mitzubringen. Der 4G-Empfang ist gut.
Un personnel à l’accueil désagréable malheureusement vraiment déçu du séjour de deux nuitées que nous avons passé dans votre hôtel mise à part l’animation et la piscine qui sa je n’ai rien ajouté bien à vous.
