"Lovely setting, very private and peaceful to sit on the deck and bird watch, view sunrises, and sunsets. The access to the Kettle Valley Railway trail is so easy, just beyond the driveway. The cottage was perfect for us. A well stocked kitchen, great views, and super clean. Susan was a great host, honoring privacy, and excellent communication and hospitality."

"We were in Summerland for a funeral but the view from our "home away from home" buoyed our spirits. The location is perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. I don't recall seeing this in the specs, but this home has heat pumps installed - with individual controls for each room. This was VERY handy for keeping our group happy - granny always feels cold and wants the a/c off but the rest of us can't sleep if we're too hot."
