A beautiful, tranquil place to stay. We had a fantastic breakfast in the garden. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We absolutely loved our stay there.

Disappointing
Breakfast servers stingy even with the minimal “buffet” offerings; they are also condescending and rude (for example, staff starting arguing with me that a clearly rotten peach they gave me was not rotten- all I wanted was a different peach. We left hungry each morning as it was literally easier to go somewhere else to get more food than to get staff to give sufficient helpings). Water on the premises is not potable. Hot water inadequate for more than a 5 minute shower. Toilet inadequately maintained (made nausea-inducing, very loud screeching noise for about 30 seconds after each flush). Room dirty (cockroaches, etc). Frequent electricity brownouts during our stay.

Country hotel with wonderful garden
We had a mixed experience; the garden, the people, the space in our room were all wonderful. We loved sitting out in the morning and evening in this delightful space. We thought breakfast was expensive (7 euros) and should have been included. Getting to it along badly signed and poor tracks is not simple. It is also a fault of sat navs which confuse poor tracks for proper roads. The bed in our large room was very firm and uncomfortable for me.

Peaceful rural location
This was a very quiet restful place with beautiful gardens - apart from the main garden by the villa, our room overlooked a smaller more private garden with lovely flowers everywhere. Breakfast was very good, and leisurely, available until 11.00am, which was perfect for those who liked a lazy start to the day. As the villa was in the middle of nowhere, the nearest restaurant was a few minutes drive away. Getting into Syracuse was easy - about 15 mins away, and the hotel staff were very helpful telling us where we could park!

Heerlijk genieten midden in de natuur.
Zeer goede ontvangst door de manager/eigenaar. Dierenliefhebbers op en top! Fijne check-in gehad op de locatie en er werd meegelopen naar onze kamer. Die was voorzien van zeer comfortabele bedden, we hebben enorm goed geslapen. De accommodatie is erg landelijk gelegen, overal is de natuur om je heen. Direct naast de deur ligt een mooie wandelroute en op 15 minuten met de auto ben je in de stad. In de winter kunnen de kamers wel wat koud aan doen, maar er staan fijne kachels klaar om alles goed warm te houden. Ontbijten is ook een feest in een gezellige ruimte met open haard en heerlijke banken! Wij hebben genoten!

Das Grundstück ist sehr schön angelegt, die Zimmer sind ausreichend eingerichtet, jedoch nicht sonderlich gemütlich. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Abgelegen, Frühstück sehr einseitig, Abendessen nur außerhalb möglich

Villa fleuri, un poumon en plein Siracusa!
Très belle résidence au milieu de la nature en pleine ville de Siracusa. Magnifiques jardins, personnel très accueillants gentils et au service. Petit déjeuner complet. Tout était parfait.

Très calme
Lieu très agréable, en pleine campagne. Le cadre est très bien fleuri. La chambre est propre, très calme, la literie confortable. Bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. Attention, pour y arriver, il faut un GPS, sinon c’est difficile à trouver.

Un petit paradis sur terre !
C'est notre 3ème séjour à la villa Dei Papiri. Dès notre arrivée le charme s'opère. Végétation luxuriante, très belle prestation avec en prime, cette année, une soirée musicale avec un apéritif dînatoire dans la salle "musée" du petit déjeuner. Personnel à l'écoute, très sympathique. Hébergement incontournable pour un séjour à Syracuse !

La location è molto carina. La stanza assegnataci non era chissà, odorava di muffa e l'acqua calda si faceva desiderare. Il box doccia faceva acqua da tutte le parti e i suoi accessori erano al quanto vetusti. Per finire la colazione era al quanto scarsa.

Bellissimo paesaggio, ma pochi servizi
Il posto è molto bello esteticamente, ma senza ristorante, piscina, televisione funzionante, sei obbligato ad andare in città, che dista comunque 7-8 km ed è disperso nelle campagne. Consigliato per we romantico e "statico" nella struttura.

Pésima atención de la gerencia, poco profesional.
Tuvimos un grave problema porque no funcionó el wifi durante toda nuestra estancia. El acceso a Internet es una condición imprescindible para elegir un hotel en un viaje al extranjero. Esto nos causó graves problemas. Cuando pedimos una solución o una compensación la gerente nos contestó, con desprecio, que la avería con el wifi no era su problema. Solo desayunamos una vez por 7,5 euros por persona porque no quedaba café !!! ni otros productos, a pesar de que llegamos una hora antes del fin del servicio. El desayuno lo pagamos en metálico pero no nos dieron ningún ticket ni justificante del pago.

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa struttura veramente molto bella e confortevole con personale molto disponibile, dovendo tornare a Siracusa sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta. Grazie.

Gemütliches Hotel
- saubere kleine Zimmer - geschmacksvolle Ausstattung - schönes Ambiente im Landhausstill - gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück - Mietauto dringend erforderlich Es war nicht einfach das Hotel zu finden. Es gibt viele Mücken. Daher ist es Mücken Spree zu empfehlen.

Il posto è molto bello, giardini, piante, fiori... papiri. La camera però non è assolutamente all'altezza. Poco spazio, armadio minuscolo, cassetti e sportelli inapribili. La cosa peggiore però è la pulizia decisamente scadente, oltre all'odore (anche di fogna). Non lo consigliero' sicuramente.8

Les 2 heures de recherche pour trouver l’hôtel ternirent le plaisir à l'arrivée. Chambre réfrigérée mais emplacement globalement calme, bel endroit....serait parfait avec une piscine...et une signalisation efficace !
