"The room appeared clean but when I prepared to put my socks on after being barefooted, I realized that the carpet and floors were dirty even. Though they looked clean. The refresh also didn’t wipe off the dirty table. The hand towels are very thin and instantly quite wet after one use and bathroom tissue is poor quality. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient. We have stayed here many times and are generally quite good pleased."

"Las de recepción nos atendieron muy amable tanto cuando llegamos y cuando dejamos el hotel. El hotel muy bonito y limpio no tiene mal olor los pasillos ni las habitaciones, la ropa de la cama estaban limpias, dormimos tranquilos con mi familia no hay ruido. Solo me gustaría recomendar que limpien un poquito más los muebles por donde está el microondas tenían un poquito de polvo si te acercas profundamente a mirar lo notas al contrario no. Con mi familia nos volveríamos a quedar en este hotel nos dio mucha confianza. La piscina la usamos estaba limpia el agua mis niños se divirtieron. El resto del hotel no nos dio tiempo de explorar. Pero si lo recomendamos 10/10"

"This is my go-to hotel when I go to LA. The location is in Koreatown which fits my needs perfectly. Walking distance to most restaurants I wanted to hit and around 40 mins to LAX. The hotel is nicely maintained and staff is super friendly and efficient. They were able to answer all questions and requests I had. The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were super comfortable, so after a whole days schedule, I lay down and instantly fall asleep. The bathrooms were probably the only negative. Shower and toilet work fine, but the shower handles were a little bit loose. Nothing major to worry about. The water pressure was great and the amenities was too. Overall, love this hotel and would always recommend to everyone I know."

"Our stay was amazing! Booked 2 rooms for our family vacation and both rooms were very clean and well kept. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided as well as bar soap and bar face wash. All rooms have small balconies and the fridge has a few drinks upon arrival. The property itself is beautiful and has a modern/retro vibe. Parking is convenient and there is a shuttle that is for hotel guests that takes guests to universal studios and other locations. The employees were also all so helpful and make you feel welcomed! Highly recommend this hotel if you ask me."
