If it weren't for our room being next to a night club so we heard music and the closing down noises untill early hours we would have given another star. The hotel is in a fantastic spot for what we needed.

Location is prefect, I was only staying there for 1 night. Price is reasonable as it is during Easter holiday. Staff is very friendly, especially Pear and Argelie. I would recommend this hotel.

If there was one thing i could say about this hotel that surprised me it would be how quiet it was. I live in regional NSW and staying in the CBD i was expecting it to be fairly noisy. The following night i stayed in Bondi and it was so loud i felt i was sleeping outside with the traffic. Wish id been able to book another night here but they were fully booked. Rooms arent huge and a little dated but its not a 5 star hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful, location excellent and great value for money. I will definitely stay again.

We were given an awful U-shaped room. The layout felt very confining and cumbersome. The staff was ok but they were just there to do their jobs. The only plus is the location. Near Sydney's Chinatown and transportation hubs.

The staff are the definite highlight of this hotel. Front desk service was fast, friendly, and helpful. The room service person I spoke to was very nice and helpful as well. The only change I'd make to the room is the bathroom (shower door was oddly designed, and no mirror over the sink). The location is a double-edged sword. On one hand, it was easy to get to tourist locations and restaurants, but since it is so central to everything, you might lose a little sleep due to street noise from the clubs and any festivals nearby. Best to plan your day to start later and just go join in!

We had a great stay the week went by so quickly The Manager Jandro was always available to greet us with a smile and help us with all of our needs the room was a little small and tight but being in walking distance of everything was great.

Absolutely brilliant stay, the staff were incredible and so friendly. The complimentary pastry and hot chocolate in the morning were delicious. Massive thank you to the hotel manager who I spoke to on the phone and did our check in, his service is above and beyond. Can’t wait to stay again.

Good affordable room in a great location. Friendly staff and easy check in experience. 2 min walk to Town hall station to catch my flight in the morning. Would recommend for solo traveler. Bit small for more than 1 or a couple.

Its was wonderful experience. The property is on good place in CBD SYDNEY. THE STAFF Is very good and friendly. The manager of the hotel is very professional person. Housekeeping is awesome. We have some problem but the manager solved it . I recommend this hotel as it is cost effective option inside CBD with very good services.

Very good price and quality overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that there’s a pub next door that blasts loud music and you’ll be able to hear it if you’re staying in one of the lower floors.

Wonderful staff service at reception and made me feel really welcomed. Very poor cleanliness of my room and outdated facilities which needed repair. i.e cracked bathroom tiles, peeling wallpaper.

Workers in the room.
Imagine two early twenties female occupants coming back to their hotel room to find their personal belongings moved around and an interior door propped open. They complain to the front desk, who gives them an evasive answer. Then coming back the next day to find men in their room, performing maintenance. They left dirt everywhere. "We needed access to the space and tried to email you." Uh huh. They also asked for a cell number upon check in. No notice, no warning, no offer to move them rooms, no real compensation. "Here's some cheap wine and bad chocolate." Owners' convenience trumps personal security. Don't stay here.

The staff at Yeh's Hotel were SUPER FRIENDLY and genuinely wanted to go the extra mile for their guests. The room was clean and simple, and perfect for my needs as I was only staying in Sydney for a conference, meaning I hardly spent any time in my room.

Good location. Pretty quiet. Desk staff were very good. Room was small and no view really, but to be expected for the price I suppose. My only quibble was the posted warning to use ventilation fan while showering and keep it going until steam clears, or face potential fines due to smoke alarm in rooms going off. Which is fair, but the bathroom fans are very weak and barely work. This could be rectified and I suggest the hotel address it.
