I’m disappointed however to hear that you felt that our facilities weren't up to scratch. At Strathfield Executive Accommodation we’re always looking to improve, so feedback like yours is greatly appreciated. In regard to the door not being closed properly, I do apologize on behalf of the housekeeping team. Once housekeeping had finished servicing the room, the door did not lock properly due to the over-dampening on the door dampeners. Since then, we have adjusted this so appropriate force is allowed for the door to close and fully lock automatically. If you ever return to the area and are in need of another comfortable night’s sleep, my team and I would be honored to host you again.

I am very disappointed to hear that you had to wait 20 minutes before staff were able to assist you check-in, this does not reflect the standards we set at the accommodation. Staff on duty that day have been spoken to accordingly and assure this will not occur in the future. In regard to parking. We do offer off street parking; however, the number of parking spaces are limited. Therefore, we do show online that parking is subject to availability and that guests will need to request/ enquire for a parking space. Your remarks have been noted, and I personally will make every effort to remove all shortcomings as soon as possible.
