Oceans Eleven is a gorgeous one bedroom apartment located at Iluka Resort Apartments, Palm Beach. It is a beautifully furnished, self contained apartment, with secure off street parking in the exclusive Iluka Road location, just a short walk to the Palm Beach Ferry and the famous Barrenjoey House Restaurant. Take a stroll to beautiful Snappermans beach and relax in calm protected waters perfect for the children or head around the corner to the surf beach for a bit more action.

With plenty of restaurants and activities in the area you won't be short of things to do. If you want a few rounds of golf, what better than 9 holes at the Palm Beach Golf Club with a cleaning ale and the club house at the end of the game.


The private balcony is great for watching all the action and gives views to the parklands and bush or relax with your favourite glass of wine and good book

Oceans Eleven can accommodate up to four persons in one spacious bedroom (Queen bed) along with a top quality sofa bed in the spacious ocean themed sitting room. A well equipped kitchenette with coffee machine, microwave & private bathroom compliment the resort feel of the apartment. Laundry facilities are available onsite.

The Iluka Apartments also offer a large barbecue and fabulous pool area for apartment guests to enjoy.

Good property at a good location but a number of critical failures.
Overall good, but with the high price paid these issues were disappointing: - no property manager on-site, although there was a Ray White office and another property management company either side of the building which could have housed a property representative. This made communication at check-in and throughout the stay difficult. - very little soap available for first shower - no water jug for the fridge - washing and drying machines needed $2 coins to operate - heat on the air conditioner didn't work - pool jacuzzi didn't work - no housekeeping even though I stayed for three nights, but was emailed several times with threats of additional fees if I didn't take out the garbage and clean all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher at the end of my stay. - no bins accessible the night before I left. Although I did enjoy my stay there overall, I will not be staying at this property again, as it wasn't good value for money. With all of these issues I will next time seek an experience where the property has far greater attention to detail.

Close to everything and easy to park we had a beautiful and quite stay. Take the walk over the hill to the beach for beautiful views and a workout.

Excellent position and get for a short stay
Everything was great - a few cobwebs on the balcony was the only thing I could complain about. Apartment was very clean and well presented and perfect spot for a Palmy break. The pool was lovely but beware of the other guests who pop their towels in the lounges on the morning and don’t remove them until late in the day. Great apartment and will use again

Good location
Within walking distance to Snapperman beach and Palm Beach - didn’t use our car at all! Ferry to Patonga was lovely. The cafe downstairs does good basic dinners and lunches and the wine/deli shop 2 mins down the street has yummy food and wine. The unit is a bit noisy as it overlooks Barrenjoey Road. The upholstery on outdoor furniture needs replacing.

Palm beach! Ideal spot for a break. These units are central to everywhere in terms of ferry, beach, lighthouse walks. Even a decent set of stairs to climb, through the bushland coming out to magnificent coastal views. Great morning heartstarter! Cafe, gallery and cornerstore closeby. On site pool and spa lovely after a busy day! Unit compact, beautifully decorated & ideal verandah for early morning/late evening birdsong. Can even hear the tides lapping. Ideal if you want relaxation.
