It was fairly priced and a really good spot close to a train station and plenty of good food shops around! Plus a Woolies not even a rock throw away Place was quite clean I loved it had a good sized fridge and not a bar fridge like normal hotels . A washing machine and dryer in our room! and a normal kitchen was unbelievable! I stayed on the 8 story and the view was like no other! Had plenty of room for my nephew to play with his toys we had a 2 bedroom apartment it also had 2 bathrooms and it was perfect for the 4 of us place was actually quite big considering what you'd normally see at a hotel Honestly felt like a home away from home would deffantly book there again

The apartment was huge and beautiful. It was clean and had all the utensils required in the kitchen. Bathroom was clean. Great view from the balcony. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall satisfied with the stay.

Apartment was clean and spacious and had most amenities! Parking is available - which is a great! We just found it a little challenging to find the assigned parking spot! But otherwise, a pleasant stay!

The property was advertised as having two king sized beds. The apartment had only 1 king sized bed and 1 queen sized. The queen sized bed was very uncomfortable.

I did not stay here as intended. When I booked online, the website showed there was a room available which I booked and paid for but when I followed on 2/12 for my checkin info, I was told there was a booking system error and there was no room available. The person I spoke with kindly offered to help me find somewhere else and I was appreciative of the support they provided. However you need to fix this issue so no others are impacted by booking errors in the future. Highly disappointed I had to find this out the day I was supposed to arrive..

Very spacious with just essential furniture. Tired condition. Check in wasn’t smooth with key not being left where it was meant to. Bedding and Towels were only supplied for 2 people despite booking for 4, after numerous phone calls and eventually giving up there was a knock on the door at 11:15pm that night with the linen needed (my children were already asleep). Very basic as the price suggests

The apartment we stayed in was good in size with enough room size and comfortable beddings. although communication was poor as we didn't provide clear information about parking spots and the wifi password was incorrect. Moreover, during our stay, our apartment didn't get serviced. The room accommodate 4 people but the dining chairs were for 3. Some utensils need attention and need more pots and pans for cooking if someone wants to use them frequently.

This unit is in a great location for restaurants, groceries, public transportation and the airport. It is spacious, although furnishings are minimal and the single lounge is incredibly uncomfortable and dirty. The check in process is unnecessarily complicated (here's a hint that will make it easier: the key pick up is at the front of the building you're staying in) and communication with management was difficult. There were several areas that were quite unclean. We will not be returning to this property.

The Stay and Co team are helpful, friendly and communicative. The apartment was very spacious and had everything I needed for a quick business trip. Very handy location- parking, transport and plenty of amenities within a few minutes walk of the apartment. The only tweak- living room furniture could do with an upgrade! Couch was small and not comfy.

obviously not used much - all power points on one wall (which included TV) did not work - the fuse trip was triggered and could not be reset as it kept tripping - the place smelled stale - not opened / used much - exhaust fan in ensuite bathroom was so noisy - no double glazed windows - so street noise and plane noise horrible note - i have stayed in many other apartments and hotels in Mascot - this wiuld rate worst on all categories

The stay was nice and comfortable. Well equipped. Spacious. There was no ironing box, which was informed to property manager, but did get one for our 5 days stay. No face tissues or kitchen tissues.

It is located very close to bus and train station, and take only around 15 min to the city centre. Supermarket and restaurants are 5 min walking distance. The room is just the same as their picture showed, big and very tidy. Full kitchen equipments are provided, and they have Netflix as well. We enjoy the stay very much.

Excellent appartement idéalement situé !
Excellent appartement tout confort, très bien équipé et idéalement situé ! A une station de train de l’aéroport et 4/5 de l’hyper centre de Sydney, ce logement est idéal pour qq jours ici. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les commodités telles que la station de train à 6mn à pied, le supermarché à 5mn, les cafés/restaurants en bas de l’immeuble ; le tout dans un quartier sécurisé et agréable. Nous reviendrons lors d’un prochain séjour à Sydney !
