"We had a brilliant stay all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and although lots going on plenty of places to sit. We did have use of the pool and spa area which was o.k could do with updating a bit. And maybe a bit warmer. Room was clean and plenty big enough although bed was extremely uncomfortable. Me and my partner had a rough night sleep on a hard mattress which seemed to be wrapped tightly in a quilt. Would definitely return ...if we knew the mattresses were...

"I like the location as it is downtown and everything is very accessible. It is easy to get to the bus station and the train station from there.. There is 24 hour service and they attend to everything you need including finding taxis late into the night. The room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. "
