One of the travellers had emergency brain surgery 10 days prior to travel. We cancelled the trip through Expedia and directly through Peppers Noosa - despite that we still have received feedback forms. And a refund was refused despite tragic circumstances. You should be ashamed Peppers.

Great location. It is central to everything that Noosa and Hasting street has to offer. It’s a 10 minute walk (or a free golf cart shuttle) to a great beach, restaurants and bars. Loved the breakfast buffet. The resort is next to the national park so it felt like we were in a rain forest.
We would love to come back!!!!
This place felt like paradise! It was beautifully surrounded by tons of trees and flowers. We felt like we were in a rainforest. All the staff was super helpful friendly, and went out of their way to make sure that our needs were met. The morning buffet breakfast was fantastic. It was close to the beach as well as the coastal trail in Noosa National Park. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was good except for cleanliness, that's definitely not great so I would recommend taking care of that.
Located in a subtropical rainforest so no views of the ocean. Walk or catch the buggy down to Hastings Street for shops and restaurants.
Unfortunately the resort and facilities are certainly in need of refurbishment as the rooms are outdated and furnishings in need of replacement. Not the five star resort we were expecting. Well and truly overpriced.

Great resort which is an easy walk to Hasting St although there is a bit of a hill to climb. Of course there's the buggy service but just remember to ask for a buggy pass in case they don't give you one, so you can avoid an awkward conversation with the buggy driver.

Great stay! Brilliant location and facilities...loved the buggy up and down the hill for restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again.

Dinner was too expensive, not that good and same menu every night, inexperienced waitresses, food took too long to arrive, with delays for each person (8 of us) receiving our food.
Breakfast buffet was ok but ordinary, same each day.

The property is very good except the furniture in the lounge room in our apartment needs to be steam cleaned as it was a bit grubby.

We had a great stay in an enormous 3 bedroomed unit.
Comfortable with modern appliances and ample crockery/ cutlery etc.
Great sea view. Nice lap pool and family pool with gym and spa

The rooms are not soundproof which is disappointing
We asked to move rooms as our wet areas had a ‘sewerage’ smell.
The breakfast was the same every morning
Really boring & disappointing
Our TV & washing machine didn’t work.
Apart from being nestled in the beautiful rainforest the actual building/structure felt like barracks tbh!
We would definitely look at alternative accommodation next time.

Always a great stay at Peppers Noosa. I was staying in the "Sands" building and the room was lovely. Parking was a breeze and my 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and had everything I needed, was clean, besides a little bit of dust in a couple of places, but that's definitely being picky. Will be back!

The best part of this property was breakfast and the staff who worked there. The staff were very friendly, plenty of variety of food, staff so friendly.
The accommodation was good but needed a lot of cleaning before checking in. Especially balcony area and floor tiles in the kitchen, bathroom and the corridor. Seems like it’s up to the guest to keep the room clean.
The staff at the resort need to be more friendly. Last year I mentioned that there were not water at the reception area and this year it was the same problem.
The positive thing that we could get plenty of towels and kitchen utensils if we needed.

I satisfied staying in Peppers Noosa. However, there was some disappointment things.
I had full buffet breakfast. First day breakfast was OK, but 2nd breakfast after Christmas Day was so disappointed. The bread looked like leftovers from the other other day and there was not enough fruits and vegetables like tomatoes.
The gym equipment was broken, so there was nothing much to do.
Overall we satisfied staying there, but I will be hesitating to go again.

Our room was clean, modern and spacious. The feel around the hotel was good and staff were very friendly and helpful.
The local area is fantastic.
Although the breakfast was good, it was not of a high standard for this standard of hotel. The pool was also quite cold.

Was extremely disappointed with the buffet service. Both mornings I had a cooked breakfast and both mornings the food was cold. I also, needed to pay for my hot chocolate after paying $800 per night to stay, I would not expect to pay for my hot chocolate nor be served cold food.
