Hi Marina,Thank you for your review. Glad you had a lovely stay with us. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather. Early September was a little colder than usual. The pool does struggle in colder weather to reach 27 degrees, however our spa temperature is 37 degrees. If only you had come down to reception while you were hear we could of replaced the pillows for you. Everyone has different preferences with pillows and bedding. The Rooftop BBQ area is a favourite with our guest as well as the pool. We do hope we can welcome you back maybe you would like it more in the warmer months.

Hi Wenda, Our Apologies for not having the apartment ready. This is a very rare thing, we usually have all our apartments ready for arrival by 2pm. When I realozed it wasn't going to be ready we did switch you to another apartment. We had some new stay that didn't realize our policies. I hope this doesn't deter you from returning. Our Property is a little older but is situated close to all Shops, Cafes, Restaurants and the wonderful Mooloolaba beach. Our rooftop is favourite with group gatherings and has lovely views of the ocean.. We do hope you will return as a repeat guest when visiting Mooloolaba again. Kind Regards.

Hi Shelby,Caribbean Resort is a 3.5 star rating. It is a complex that has 2 lifts for guest convenience. You can access both lifts from each floor by walking around each floor level which is about 20metres, and comes out at reception from Lift 1. There is no 2 towers. We do have a rooftop BBQ area which the kids could use. No other complexes in Mooloolaba have play areas in their complex as they have a lot of parks for children along the beach. The spa is large enough to fit 12 people at once and the pool is 25mtre pool. Our pool area is quite a large relaxing area with 10 day beds and 4 x 4 table and chairs, umbrellas and we have a steam room. We thank you for coming and choosing the Caribbean Resort to stay but clearly not the resort for you. We are self contained apartments with washing facilities in each apartment. In our terms and conditions and information regarding staying at the complex, we only service the apartment if you stay 8 or more nights. We are happy to issue you with more towels, but it is an extra service which you could have approached the Reception staff. We issue a welcome pack and then guest usually bring thier own toiletries and extra groceries. There is a lot of other options along the Esplande for accomodation to choose from but I do know with the marketing that we do we are much cheaper than paying Beachfront. Most of our guest love the complex were it is situated as it is still close to parks, 50mtres from beach, cafes, Restaurants and shops for convenience and affordable. Tha apartments are also owned individually so I will pass the comments onto the owners about their kitchens and bathrooms and hopefuuly they can do some renovations. Hi Nicole,Thank you for writing a review. Each Apartment are owned by different owners. Some owners do a lot of work and keep up with the decor and comfit for their guest. I will pass the review onto that owner of that apartment. The towel rack has now been fixed as the guest departing had mentioned that it needed fixing and your arrival on the same day gave us very limited time to fix. Our Apologies. Maybe next time you could stay in a renovated unit rather than a standard apartment. Kind Regards

Hi Tennielle, When making the booking in the confirmation letter you receive, our policies are stated, no jumping off the rocks into the pool as is a safety issue. It also procedes to say no glassware in the pool as if glass gets broken the pool has to be shut down and is a inconvienance to all other guest. There is a mention a 10 pm noise policy as we have a lot of families with small children that stay with us and also owners that have to get up early to go to work. Management did have 3 complaints on the night that you had partied until after 12.30pm, so we had issued you with courtesy reminder under you door with the remifications if there was any more noise after 10pm for the rest of your stay. Management is only following the procedures that the body Corp has put in place. We are a family resort and like all our guests to honour our policy. On check-in you are also given a welcome letter that also clarifies all the information above.

Our apologies for the WiFi not working, sometimes it does have difficultly and we were pleased we could connect you to another account. Our pool is a favourite for our guests that stay with us.
