"Location was 9 minutes to Breckenridge gondola parking lot. Easy access from main road, 1/10th of a mile. No major hill climbs with vehicles (important during the snow season). Had substantial snow fall during the night, side road was plowed in early morning before leaving at 7:30 AM. House was clean, everything was functional. Jacuzzi, Bar-B-Q, clean & operational. "Love the location, it took us 9 minutes to walk to the Gondola. Loved the view from the hot tub at night, watched the Snowcats groom the Mountain. Obviously, you don’t need to drive anywhere once you settle in. If you need to rent equipment, love the peeps at Base Mountain Sports on Main, it’s right by the Gondola so you could drop off your equipment your last day."
