"Everything is good except where we checked out and wish to return to the room to look one more time after we were just entered our vehicle because one family member might have been left their jacket inside.
We return only within 5 minutes while the maid is cleaning the next door unit, we asked politely if she can open the door on 21023, she said no, you have to call the security, we understand there are rules and regulations that she must follow, so we don’t wish to be too hard on her even she has the master key to get into any room.
We waited about 25 minutes the security showed up and I presented my ID just to show that I’m the person who rented this room, and she opened the room and gone.
We think that the management could have justified the situation for the maid is already there next door besides the fact that I’m a CKD patient, any prolonged period of standing will make me very tiresome and I’m forced myself to stand there for a total of 25 minutes.
