Hi, was your pet a service animal. Our brand requires us to charge a pet fee because many times pets will damage furniture/carpet/linen etc. I hope you understand. We are not saying your pet did or would but there is always a possibility for an accident to occur.
This stay was on our way out west. It was clean, neat and offered a hot breakfast in the morning. A great value! My less than perfect score was because of dog walking in mud around the hotel, as one comes back in.
I had been traveling 4 hrs and by time I arrived I was exhausted. Even though I got in early the great staff obliged with an hour early checkin. I got to a very clean room and crashed for 4 hours. I was so thankful to be able to finally rest in a beautifully modern decorated room.

My tv in my room didn’t work so I wasn’t able to relax and watch tv
the toliet seat was broken ... request linen never received it stains on the sheets bed and the bed was half made and no one was at the front desk for long periods f time.
I liked the room. It was very comfortable, clean and fresh. The breakfast was average hotel diy. The parking was a problem. A company had multiple workers staying at the hotel with large dump trucks and big rigs. The trucks took up all the parking (4-5 spaces a truck.) We had to park at a neighboring hotel and walk to the hotel. The staff of the hotel did not try to do anything to make up for the inconvenience. I was lucky that my sons were with me. I would not have walked the distance in the dark alone. I would stay there again if I was assured parking.

I am sorry about this inconvenience. For future purposes, we will inform those company trucks they need to take up less space. The front desk should have informed you we allow parking on the street without getting towed. We appreciate your business and hope we can serve you in the future.
There was an awful smell the entire time and the keypads didn't work which led to switching rooms. I feel like my party would be credited.

Elevator areas had an unpleasant smell and my room reeked of bacon. Ants in the sink of my room and the sliding barn door leading into the bathroom needs adjusting because it was almost impossible to get open from inside the bathroom.
My son and i needed a place to stay during the recent ice storm and we were very pleased with this location. We had a great stay and the service was great.
Overall it was a pleasant stay. unfortunately there was a busload of teenage kids that stayed next door and down the hall and we could've done without them but all inn all, twas ok.
The staff was extremely helpful, attentive and accommodating. The rooms (bathroom included) were very clean. I really enjoyed the more secluded location because it wasn't grouped or crowded with the other nearby hotels.
Everything was great except for the requirement of a $50 deposit. I've been to hotels where the deposit was either optional or not required. All hotels should be that way!
