"My colleagues and I were in Bangkok for a 2 week meeting and stayed at the Paradox Bangkok for 13 nights. I had booked a King Suite room and was given a newly renovated room in the Pool Wing. The room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed, sofa and 2 huge Samsung TVs. Unfortunately, there were some teething issues with the electrical system in the room that I was first assigned. A bit annoying but not detrimental.
GM Daniel and his team did a fantastic service recovery job. Sent engineers everyday to try and resolve the issues, gave me complimentary drinks and fruits, and finally a room upgrade when it turned out that the issues needed more time to resolve. In the end I was very happy and more comfortable in the new room. I am very impressed with the service delivered by the whole team. My colleagues and I look forward to staying here again for our next meetings in Bangkok.
