"Staff were very friendly! Internet service had an up charge? not a fan, the best internet available should be part of room charge! No pizza available as the hotel was out of cheese? No bread for toast available but they did have English muffins and bagels? Waffles were a treat on the weekend! Be prepared for lots of kids, great for families not so much for couples."

"We stayed here with our family for the purpose of a university graduation. The staff were very welcoming, hotel and room were very clean, and overall was a great experience. We were there for 2 nights, and during this time the elevator was out of service multiple times. This was not convenient, as being on the 4th floor with a toddler and many bags didn’t make for each transporting. Perhaps it would be helpful if there was another means available aside from the stairs and another elevator. "
