Customer service was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Area is a bit busy and loud. The rooms are in need of a bit of updating. Pool and hot tub areas were closed and that was a huge disappointment for the kids

One of the worst beds we have ever slept on. It was like sleeping on the floor. We also booked this hotel mainly for the pool area and it was under construction.

Quick overnight
Clean room which, sadly, is hard to find now in a lot of places. Desk attendant was friendly and helpful. I didnt get breakfast so not sure what was down there. Basically a clean, no frills hotel. Nice stay

Disappointed
The room was clean and staff was great but the room walls are pretty thin. We could hear the people in the room next door like they were in the room with us. Also we were in room 103 and anything time someone would use the bathroom upstairs you could hear it. Overall we were pretty disappointed especially since it’s in a tourist area.

Arrival the staff was quite accommodating, but when we went to the front counter for a couple items, there was no one to help. Disappointed no pool available during stay, one of the reasons we booked with this site. Quiet Area.

The hotel was in a great location and not far from the peninsula towns. It also was close to stores and restaurants. The room was clean and the hot breakfast was decent. We had to check out a day early and the management was understanding. The only negative was the outside of the property. There were many tall weeds growing in the parking lot and the flower pots had dead flowers in them. The first impression was not a good one but inside the hotel was very nice.

Liked - Location close to Ice Age hiking trail. Didn't like - two-tiered pricing for the room. Initially tried to book room, was quoted $20 higher than on-line price. Girl said I had to book through on-line service to get discounted price.

Great Place To Stay
Rooms are clean, continental breakfast was good, service was excellent. We decided to stay an extra night and they were more than accommodating. Large rooms with fireplace. Bonus for us Tesla chargers on property.
