"Very clean and modern room - it was compact but fine for an overnight stay. The electronic controls via your mobile phone are novel but a bit of a hassle - reception was available throughout my stay. There are breakfast options close to the hotel."

"The staff, brilliant. The two reception woman we met and the breakfast woman were absolutely wonderful. The double room had virtually no standing room but a huge very comfortable bed and nice big ensuite shower. We had done over 25k steps that day so just opening the door and collapsing on the bed was fine. But not for everyone if you're staying more than a night. Little room for luggage, you would struggle. Breakfast, wow loved it, so much care and attention to quality was superb. I would...

"Charming property but is essentially an old house so the rooms are smaller than your typical 4 star. Food was good if a little overpriced. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I’d go back again just for the peace and quiet. They and I have a pool and other facilities in an adjacent building too. Overall recommended, for a quiet and romantic retreat. "
