Perfect location. You can walk to the Festival Theatre. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent, and provided an option on a rainy day, to not have to park downtown, yet still have a memorable meal.

Our room wasn't dirty but as soon as we entered the room we were hit with a strong odour. Since we were basically just dropping off our luggage and heading out we mentioned to the front desk. They said it was probably because the air conditioner had been off but even after 5 hours away with the air on the smell was still there.
