3 night stay to visit christmas markets. Very good location, close to the station. Room was good, bed comfortable and very clean, bathroom compact.

Very nice, quiet hotel in the heart of downtown Strasbourg. Easy walk from the train station and to the main areas of interest and Christmas Markets. Very nice breakfast buffet. Very reasonably priced.

Staff was excellent and the room was nice. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, which is common in Europe, and the street noise was a bit much. However they were happy to provide a fan and things quieted down at night. I would stay here again.

The property and location were very good. It was close to the old town and the room was quite large. The bed was comfy.

It was a two minute walk from the train station to the hotel. The initial room assigned had not been cleaned yet, so we were given another room. It was quiet and clean. There were many restaurants nearby and we had a fantastic meal at Restaurant Le D that night. Good wine, beef and duck! Great value for the price at this hotel.

Le Grillon is a great hotel, just 5 min from the train station and at a walkable distance from all the tourist attractions. Room was very clean and modern. We got a room that was very spacious with a double bed and a single bed. The included breakfast was also very good, with fresh scramble eggs, croissant and bread, cheese and freshly grounded coffee. The only negative is that the Internet is slow. Overall though, Le Grillon is a good place to stay while visiting Strasbourg.

This was a quick stop on a road trip. The room was nice the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the walls are paper thin. All we heard all night was noise from the street and other guests. I would not stay here again. The staff was super friendly! The parking was at a parking garage about a 10 minute walk. It’s not easy to get in and out of.

I booked this property for friends of mine, a family who were running from the atrocities of the war of Ukraine. Even though my friends checked in in the middle of the night and the restaurant was closed, the attending person (I'm sorry that I don't know their name) fed my friends with whatever he had in the kitchen. Next morning as my friends continued on their trip, he gave them provisions which my friends said "would last a whole week". It was a regular act of a decent person, but also a heroic act that restores act in human kind. Please support this wonderful property by staying with them, and don't forget to say thank you!

Lovely staff. Very accommodating. Amazing level of service. Property and room were quaint and clean. Amazing surroundings and a beautiful restaurant, Le Muns, next door. Will definitely come back here.

Great location near train station
Very convenient hotel for our early morning train. The internet wasn't great in our room, but otherwise it was perfect for our needs. Still very walkable to historic strasbourg!

We stayed here at short notice due to being let down by The Mason Rouge hotel. So glad we did, comfortable modern room, friendly staff and easy parking. A few mintues walk from the centre and good value for money.

Enjoyable stay
Perfect location near (but not at) the train station, close to everything by crossing the nearby bridge. The room was small but modern and clean. No air conditioning so I had to keep the window open. The first night was the Festival of Music all over France and there were musicians on the street until all hours, making it a little hard to sleep. The second night was quiet even with the windows open and even on the second floor. I would stay here again and ask for an interior room on a higher floor.

Excellent Hotel with a cool Bar
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel for the price. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly. Parking nearby was easy and the bar downstairs is very unique and cool. Will only stay at this hotel for all future stays in the city.

Great location, Extremely Noisy due to Bar
Great location walkable from the train station and to the city centre. Excellent service from the front desk. Major problem is the noise. The bar downstairs opens till 2am and without aircon in the room you need to open the windows but the noise of people laughing and singing and all was driving me nuts. Couldn't sleep! =(

We stayed one night after searching this hote with good reviews online. The hotel was clean and centrally located. However, at 3 in the morning we awoke to loud screaming and slamming of doors. There were people knocking on room doors down the hallway and screaming for over 2 hours. We called the front desk to report it, but no one answered. So we suffered and were tired the next day. Sucks bc other than that our stay in strasburg was great. Won’t stay there again due to the rough drunk crowds near the train station.

Hotel Le Grillon
The stay was quite, room was adequate and the location was good, but the wifi was very hard to get. We couldn't get onto it and the receptionist couldn't figure it out also until we were leaving. For the price, it was good and would stay there again.
