Friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. We were there for a fall color tour, but I would stay during the summer when they have the outdoor pool open. Nice views of the water and conveniently located.

The location of our room right on the water was spectacular! Even with the rainy foggy weather we still appreciated the five star setting.The highlight and best feature of the hotel, however, was being transported from our room to the lobby in the extended golf cart by Sid.The man is the embodiment of customer service...what an ambassador for your hotel!

We were upgraded to beautiful rooms due to computer problems and the staff was extremely helpful. We were picked up at our door for breakfast and returned by the most friendly man in a golf cart! Great service!!

Very nice hotel
As soon as i checked in we had wonderful customer service. This hotel has multiple buildings that you need to drive to. The main building is where the pool, service desk and breakfast area are. Our room was very clean. I paid extra to have lake view, which was very nice seeing the sun rise each morning. In the morning, Sid comes around in his golf cart and picks you up to take you to breakfast. He is a very nice guy. Breakfast was amazing. There are many options to choose from. Overall, a very nice stay.

It was a little weird to have to go outside to get to the indor pool, but otherwise I loved the place. Great stay and had a beautiful view of Lake Huron right outside our sliding glass door :)

Loved everything about it. The view was nice, the staff was friendly especially Sid who gave us a ride on his golf cart. The rooms were roomy with lots of plugs and the bathroom had a lot of space, especially counter top space. Everything was very clean. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.

We stayed in the Ontario building all the way in the back of the property and for safety reasons they should have the doors only unlock with hotel key access. Overall was a great stay and would return!

Fall getaway
Our stay was amazing ! From the easy check in to all of the friendly staff, we could not have had a better experience ! Our spotlessly clean room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. I would highly recommend this property if you are travelling to the Saint Ignace area.

The property was very clean and well taken care of. Staff was very courteous and friendly. I didn't like that you had there were three different buildings to the hotel. We had to take our car to go to the pool/hot tub and to breakfast as it was raining and cold. (We had my elderly aunt with us) There was not enough room for us to have the breakfast as they had a bus load of people staying there. We ate elsewhere.

The property is set up uniquely. Has original Motel bldg and also has 3 other bldgs added on property. Gorgeous setting on Lake Huron. Main Office Bldg has your check in/ out. Breakfast area in that bldg is spacious and the breakfast girls work to keep everything stocked up and bring hot foods out. There is also a little shuttle golf cart that goes from bldg to bldg to p/u and take guests back to their hotel bldg they are in. The older shuttle driver is a real treat and very friendly as is all the staff here. Close to ferry ride over to Mackinac Island. The only tiny draw back is the clothing rack will not accommodate the thick hangers, so you need to to either have to balance them on an existing hanger, or you'd just have to hang on shower bar. If the hotel could possibly lower the clothes rack bars by about 2 - 2 1/2 inches, any type of hanger would probably fit to be hung. Clean grounds and area is kept up very nice. I would certainly stay here again.

We loved our view of lake huron. Liked that we beach side. Liked the people whom we met. Loved the bonfire with smores. Room was very clean, we did have ants in our room, but to be expected with sweets lying around. Vety nice accommodations for the the price. Only bad thing was not very many resturants in area.due to the time of year. Would recommend to anyone to stay.
