We enjoyed the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and facilities. The indoor pool was nice even on a rainy day, and we were impressed by the large free breakfast selection. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, staff was helpful and friendly, everything was clean. The air conditioner in our room went out twice and they were able to reset the system quickly, kinda annoying to have to deal with but they were helpful. The shower backed up so we would have to turn the water off and let water drain and then turn the water back on to finish showering so it didn’t overflow. Seemed like all of the room doors were hung crooked, we had a pretty big gap in our door where someone could easily peek in if they wanted to, we ended up putting the ironing board up every night to block some of the light coming in. We noticed a lot of the doors looked that way. Breakfast was decent, not a lot of options and same thing every day. If you weren’t there before 7:30 most of it was gone or what’s left was soggy already. Pool was nice and heated! Bed was comfy.

Loved the accommodations and room amenities. Unfortunately, A/C in the room wasn't working properly, and it the middle of the night the room had warmed up significantly. By then it was too late to call maintenance to the room or change, so we stayed as is. When I notified the front desk agent she was very apologetic and took off the parking fee of our bill.

Our hotel room was clean and ready on time. We were disappointed to hear about the $12 "parking fee". It is dishonest to sneak in extra fees and not show them at time of booking. Only one seat in the room. Plenty of room for the chair and ottoman that Fairfield USED to provide.

This spot has gone downhill
The main problem was that two of our three rooms was not ready two hours after check-in time. We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and have always had a positive experience. The desk clerk this time around was not helpful and actually had a bit of an attitude when i expressed frustration about the delays. I expected better.

Weird smell in room & parking issue
The room smelled like poop. I think it was coming from the bathroom. So we suspect their water pipes may be the problem. Not many tv channels to choose from. Breakfast is not so great, but enough to hold you until lunch time. You have to paid $12 for parking although there's lots of open parking spots. Aside from that the room was clean. I appreciated the portable A/C they installed in the room. It was a hot weekend.
