I love the people who are running the business very nice and polite ppl and are very understanding but the place was just awful and the people next to me where fighting and saying there were going to shoot one another but it’s the budget inn so not really surprised

The doors didn’t even unlock with the key cards I had to get an employee to let me in the room when I needed to exit and enter. The place was filthy the only working light was in the toilet / bathtub area there was trash in the room everywhere and the first f Room had the whole Air conditioner kissing out of the wall

Next time I'll just sleep in my car. The room didn't have a towel or soap, was dirty, and probably should have been renovated fifty years ago. The entire place was disgusting. They took a fifty dollar deposit upon my arrival and it hasn't been paid back yet like they said. It was conveniently placed but in a dirty area with homeless people. Honestly, if house keeping was competent enough to keep the floor clean my review may be better, but apparently that is too much work. I will not return. I will not go to Budget Inn again in my life. I recommend ya'll don't either.

The first room given had been used and unclean. I’m guessing because the bed was unmade. In the second room the bedbugs didn’t even wait for the lights to go out. They refused to even give me a receipt proving that I checked out shortly after checking in. I have pictures and videos of multiple bedbugs coming out like sharks to blood. THIS IS ROBBERY ON A DIFFERENT LEVEL.

The worst hotel I ever stood. I recommended no one to stay at this hotel. So dirty. Smells. This should not be listed on Expedia. They should be ashamed to get people to sleep here. We ended up checking out and will never stay here again. Horrible place. Staff is rude.

Rooms were dirty. The bathtub/shower had soap-scum, hair and pink stuff around the lining of it. The toilet was dirty, the floor was dirty and the sheets were yellow and had other misterios spots on them.

Bathroom was dirty, I didn’t used the shower, could even look at. As per bed sheets were not clean, I had my own sheets. Just slept for few hours till I had energy to drive move on my journey.

first of all, it was filthy dirty plus bed bugs everywhere, No towel provided even if I asked for. so noisy from I-5, no sound proof at all. front desk double charged me with security deposit, motel fee. I had to call my credit card customer service for help. it looked like homeless camp, not like advertised in Expedia. horrible never ever stay in this place.

BEWARE: THIS PLACE IS FALSE ADVERTISING I was moved around 3 times due to room issues.1st room safety the lock wouldn't latch. 2nd toilet didn't work. 3rd the heater didn't work. I was provided extra blacket but it was the worst room by far cause it was infested with BED BUGS I didn't realize until i woke up covered in bites. Front desk wasnt concerned at all and was no help. The clerk gave me a card with the managers email thats all he could do. I have yet to be reimbursed. HORRIBLE PLACE DONT BE FOOLED

We did not end up staying here. After checking in and entering the room we could see that the place was not as advertised. The cleanliness and safety were questionable. There were a lot of people hanging around outside and loitering (those staying at and not staying). After the manager checked us in he proceeded to watch us go get our luggage and find our room as he told others to not hang out outside and go back to their room. We stayed in the room no longer than 5 minutes before decided we were not safe and the place felt unsanitary. We put our things back in the car and went to the office. As we asked for a refund and told them we were not staying all the sudden the manager was no where to be found. I made 2 attempts to contact Expedia. The first time they told me they would have to contact the hotel because it was paid through the hotel not Expeida. Well what do you know, Expedia could not reach the manager either. The 2nd attmempt, again Expedia could not reach the manager. They told me there was nothing they could do and in the end gave me a $15.00 expedia cash in place of my money I lost for the 2 night reservaation. Really as a big business that Expedia is, THATS ALL THEY COULD DO? 15 DOLLARS??? I was out almost $170.00 and the hotel just took my money for their drug and prostituted ridden hotel. I can't believe Expedia still chooses to do business with such a company and management. I am disgusted and appalled.
