I stayed in room 162 (1st floor) building C. If you are given this room PLEASE do not accept it!! It's literally next to the entry of building C, so you hear the door opening, closing and EVERYTHING else. The walls are so thin it doesn't even make sense to have anyone stay there!. The elevator wasn't working as I heard several guests complaining about it in the entryway nex5 to my room. It seems a patch job was done soon thereafter, as I could hear it making awful noises while inuse. I thought for certain it was gonna give out, but it didn't. Oh how I wish it would have. Folks worked that elevator all night!! I tried to drown out the noise by turning up the TV...no luck! To add insult to injury, the TV stopped working around midnight! I should have called to change rooms, but was exhausted from a very busy day. I called the front desk after 6am about the TV and was advised the Maintenance Department isn't available until 7:30am. I was offered the chance to switch rooms. However, I declined as I was checking out at 11am. At that point I cranked up Spotify on my cell phone for the remainder of my stay. Upon check-out, I advised thestaff of my horrid experience which I was given an apology. Needless to mention, I shan't return, nor recommend.

Room was nice and decent, the elevators were dirty and didn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a while. The parking was limited and the areas that were available seemed to be in sketchy areas around homeless people. My husband was afraid of car theft and moved to a well lit area near Food 4 less. The breakfast was wonderful and filing which included wakes waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit and cereal and toast. Not bad at all.

Close to a lot of stores and restaurants but the place is not that great as the ac/heater turns off and on throughout the night and the bed sheets make me itch all night and that’s why I couldn’t sleep and the carpet is wet and filthy

Room next door having all night party. Called front desk, was told they would send security. No effect. People drinking in hall. No fence around property and homeless everywhere. Was worried about car getting broken into despite taking everything out. Interior of hotel and room had a few shabby items. Not Motel 6, but not great either. BW have been my go to but expect more from them.

The staff here was great - friendly and nice about fixing things. We were traveling in UHauls and they let us take up spaces so the security guard could keep an eye on them at night. The first room we were assigned smelled gross. I think it was like pineapple, pot, and very dusty. They moved us to a room that did not smell bad, and the girl at the desk sent security to bring the keys so we wouldn't have to go to the lobby. The hotel is on the older side, but it seemed to be in good shape and it was clean in the lobby and dining areas. The free breakfast was good.

Pros: Good price, nice breakfast selections, clean lobby and bathroom, somewhat clean room, near UoP, grocery store across the parking lot, lots of parking available. Cons: Dried blood spot on face towel, hair in bath tub, live silverfish on pillow, sketchy area in back parking lot, loud traffic from March Lane, noisy neighbor banging on door at 4am, ill equipped business center area, no visible security cameras or guards.

Older building, smells old,but the rooms was clean and everything worked.It share same like parking lot as Food 4 less, The staff was polite and attentive. Over all good for a night stay.

The room was nice and the staff also the only bad thing about our stay was we didn't get much sleep because it sounded like they were running a marathon up stairs for half the night I told the front desk in the morning.not sure if I'll stay here when I come back in April or not

There was an empty beer bottle on the floor, it makes you question if they cleaned the room or not.

There is a food for less next door. Includes breakfast from 6am. The hotel is about 2 miles from highway 5. Price was reasonable. It is January so it's too cold to use the pool. Pretty and maintained well. Seems like a nice place to hold an event.

It was just what we needed for that trip. The hotel was clean, in good repair and the buildings were secure. Being in the middle of Stockton had noise issues, but I expected that.
