A basic hotel, with a good breakfast buffet, in an industrial area 10 minutes from the airport, and with a shuttle that runs every 30 min. The perfect place to spend a night before an early flight.

Har bott på hotellet många gånger men nu börjar det bli slitet och behöver fräschas upp. Vårat rum hade ett hål i badrummsdörren och badrummet kändes sunkigt. Bodde där på julafton och det var lugnt och lite folk. De två tjejer som jobbade var mest intresserade att prata med varandra. Vi åt kvällsmat vid bord som inte var avtorkat. Beställde en räksmörgås som kostade 219 kr, men fick en liten skagenröra på en assiett. När jag ifrågasatte det var svaret att detta är det du beställde. Jag fick sedan gå fram till disken och återigen ifrågasätta min mat och då sa de att jag skulle få ny mat. Fick sedan en större tallrik med en ganska trist räksmörgås men kunde ju fått någon kompensation som ursäkt.

Convenient Airport Hotel
The Connect Hotel (now known as Aiden Hotel), is a decent comfortable hotel, not far from Arlanda Airport. It provides handy, hassle free shuttle transfers every 30mins. A delicious breakfast is included, which starts at 04.00am. A great start to the day for those wanting to catch an early morning flight. I had a single room, which was a good size, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and well equipped.

Close to airport but for the price accomodations were lacking....Bathroom was weird and shower was wet like someone had just used it.. Limited space on sink. poor lighting in small room. Breakfast was ok, more fruit selection would have been nice. Ok if you just need a place to rest your head for a night.

Convenient location, nice restaurant with good selection and friendly staff open till 22:00, morning buffe with fresh bread and all you need for breakfast. Free shuttle to the airport every 30 min. was very usuful. Room was nice and very afficient for one night stay.

Check in/out was simple and efficient. Staff wasn’t overly friendly, it would have been nice to have been told about the offerings of the facility. The room was clean and comfortable. Morning buffet is the best I’ve had anywhere, a large variety of fresh breads, fruits, hot options with a relaxing place to eat before starting the day. I was appreciative of the shuttle to the airport that came at regular intervals. This will be our go to stay in future travels.

I stayed here the night before an early morning flight from Arlanda. It was perfect for that purpose. I appreciated that the restaurant was open until 2200 and that breakfast was available as early as 0400. These are thoughtful amenities for travelers.

It is a nice place, easy commute from the airport (approx. 6 min) and the shuttle bus is free. You don't get a fridge or kettle inside your room but there is a common area to make coffee. The rooms are clean and relaxing. Breakfast is served from 04:30 which is great if you need to catch an early flight. I will book again if I need a place for a short overnight stay.

Likes: large room, walk-out/ sit-out area. Dislikes: No hot water, could not shower because water was too cold. No body soap mor shampoo. Staff openly admitted that lack of toiletries was known but unaddressed by management. Hot with no windows, no air-conditioning, no fans provided by staff when asked. When door to sit-out was left open due to heat, room was filled with mosquitoes.

The staff was outstanding. We had a last minute flight cancellation and the reception desk employees were extremely helpful in solving our problem. We advise future guests to book Superior Twin room, we stayed in room 210 it is very spacious and has a balcony. Another pointer - when arriving at Stockholm Arlanda airport you can find the shuttle for Connect hotel at bus stop number 13. It is not marked anywhere and nobody knew where the shuttle stops.

Connect Hotels have got the formula right. Everything from booking to leaving is just easy. While staying at the hotel is nothing is too difficult, even leaving out bags in storage for 10 days was not a problem. Thank you for a hassle free stay.

Walked from terminal to bus stop, coach transfer to hotel, simple check in. Room was fine, bar was friendly, slept well. Breakfast was good, easy check out and coach transfer back to airport where we caught the coach to car hire. This hotel did everything we wanted at a great price
