Shower faucet handle fell off. Bathroom light was not working. Bed outlets did not work. HVAC is noisy. Chairs were ripped and wobbled. Change counter closes for 20-30 minutes during shift changes. Sports pages is not open all the time. Steak house is great.

When we got to our room there was blood on the toilet seat. We let them know. Someone was supposed to come clean it. No one did. Pretty gross.
