"This is a great hotel in a fantastic location close to Old Town. Josef, the concierge could not have been more helpful with his suggestions and offers of assistance. The doorman was equally helpful with welcoming us and helping us with our bags. Indeed, ALL the staff were professional, courteous and helpful. Due to our planned itinerary we did not use the hotel facilities to their full but I have not hesitation in believing that they would have been upto the standard that we experienced. Our room was well appointed , clean and modern. To top off our short stay, the hotel noted that it was my wife’s birthday on the day of our leaving and invited us to a birthday breakfast. This was entirely of their wish, there was no hint from either of us. I very rarely write reviews but on this occasion I feel it would be wrong of me not to write a genuine view of an exceptional hotel.!"

"This hotel is central to everything you want to see . Reserved parking is available which was a big plus for me . Hotel was a monestary and has been renovated . Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious . I will stay at this hotel again . Highly recommend ."
