"Exactly as described an exceptionally modern hotel"
We researched the hotel and it was exactly as described and even better. The staff were helpful and courteous. The room was spotless. The room was very quiet indeed and the beds was comfortable with exceptionally clean bedlinen. The breakfast was plentiful. The bread delicious and there was a wide choice hot and cold.
The workmanship in the bathroom particularly the tiling was well done and the bathroom was spacious. When it rained an umbrella was provided.
This hotel was recommended to us by friends that live in Katowice. The front desk (Excellent), restaurant and bar staff are Great and very accommodating! We opted to have the breakfast included when booking our room. Breakfast buffet was very good and even ordered omelets. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. Our room was a spacious corner Superior Deluxe as requested, Very big, Awesome! Hotel is centrally located to nice restaurants and shopping.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in August 2014. I thought the hotel was really excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable, mini bar was reasonably priced. It's also an absolutely perfect location if you want a bit of local culture including good restaurants, nice bars and lovely atmosphere as it's literally about 20 steps from the main Mariascka Street. And event though it's very close to the main street, the hotel is still extremely quiet. There is plenty of parking outside the hotel if you need it. We did't try breakfast, but the menu looked very full. Although breakfast did seem a little on the pricey side. Even though it was only the equivalent of about £9, that seemed quite expensive compared to food prices everywhere we ate around the city. Most main courses were about £4-5 in restaurants.
Really excellent hotel though and I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here the night before train to Warsaw for England game...might just as well have stayed as had to fly home from Katowice when the game was eventually played, comfortable hotel if a little far from the city itself, very helpful staff and bus into city stops just across the road
