a comfortable stay with an option to cook in
A good size suite/apartment: 2 bedrooms each with a private shower, a living/lounge area, and a kitchen area with a stove. Comfortable beds. The furniture is a little outdated, but in a good state and functional. Breakfast was good, a decent number of options, including hot food. The options somewhat varied on different days. Lifts/elevators are slow, thus it was not unusual to wait 5-7 minutes for a lift around the breakfast time. Wi-Fi was mostly good. Overall, we had a very comfortable as a family, particularly because our preference was to cook in, rather than eating out, and our grandma had a room all for herself. Location is not central, but is close to the metro, which allows for easy access to wherever one would like to go. Also, because the location is not central, it was generally quieter. We were happy with our choice and will stay again in the future.

Amazing stay here!!
Best place to stay in st Petersburg!! Close to metro! Away from busy streets! Breakfast was awesome the evening social meet your neighbours was fantastic! Never had that before will defiantly come back!! The gym and laundry amenities was a great added touch!!

Excellent Hotel
Great hotel. Staff are amazing and the rooms are a good size with everything you need. Gym is also ok. Breakfast is excellent. Only slight criticism is the water pressure is not good so shower not great.

Nice apartment hotel for families
Room was spacious (2 bedrooms) with kitchen facilities. As we were traveling with 9 years old kid, it was very convenient to have spacious apartment like this. Metro station is 5 mins walk and palace square and all major attractions are within 15 mins by metro. Hotel is also not far from airport and one can easily take Uber to avoid paying more for paid taxi available at airport. Hotel has it's own convenience store at reception however there is supermarket near by as well, which is open till 11 PM and it was very convenient. Breakfast was good enough though not much of variety.

Great hotel!
Very pleased with this hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful when we had questions. The hotel is situated on a main street, less than 5 minutes to nearest metro stop. It is attached to the Holiday Inn which has 2-3 restaurants to choose from. ATM machine is also located in this hotel (Holiday Inn). A small supermarket is also very nearby. The rooms were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to those travelling with families. Complimentary breakfast was good, not spectacular.

My 7 Day Stay
Overall this hotel was about what I expected. I was very disappointed in the bed. We had a king sized and it was actually two twins in a single enclosed frame. But that would have been ok if they placed an actual mattress on top of the two pieces which felt like a foundation or box spring mattress. I had no single night of comfortable sleep while there. Also, it was nice weather but they placed two quilted type covers on the bed instead of a sheet and maybe a blanket which one could use or not use. I'm a guy and I don't get cold very easily so the quilted cover didn't work for me. My girl friend loved it though. The other problem was the bath tub. The stopper came apart and I expected the maid to report it to housekeeping, but apparently that never happened. Other that that, our stay was very good although I am not a fan of Russian breakfast food. They were very accommodating in regard to allowing my girl friend to enter the room ahead of schedule on out first day since we arrived about 6 hours apart. On our departure, they allowed her to use the room until her flight left about 8 hours after my flight. I would stay there again and I recommend it to anyone who visits St. Petersburg and wants a good facility at a good price.

One Week Stay
Excellent hotel for a stay in St. Petersburg. Very close to subway. Lots of dining and shopping choices nearby. Grocery store was very close. The neighborhood felt safe.

Very comfortable reasonably priced hotel
Very Friendly and helpful staff. Next to the Holiday Inn but much quieter than the big hotel which was very noisy with lot of tourist groups. Walking distance to the Metro station which takes you anywhere in town. There are a number of restaurants and shopping places within walking distance. All rooms have small kitchenettes with all the required utensils and would be ideal for an extended stay.

Great stay. Located a little off from the main tourist attraction, but experienced no problem, cause the line 2 subway station was just 3-4 minute walk away. One thing that comes with a little of extended stay is the repeated breakfast menu.

Interconnected to Holiday Inn and hence have easy access to all services, restaurants and clubs of Holiday Inn. Concierge services of Holiday Inn provide bookings for various tours and excursions, which could be quite expensive but really worth it if you are squeezed for time or if you want to cover many things in a short stay. Travel light as you yourself are responsible for your luggage as the hotel itself doesn't have any concierge services to handle your luggage. Otherwise great, comfortable and quiet suites compared to neighboring Holiday Inn.

Pros: Very close to the Metro station! Also only 4 stations to Nevsky Metro station! Very clean, very helpful staff. Cons: It is not actually a hotel, but more of a residence. The lobby is on the second floor.

Very good hotel for a reasonable price
I stayed in this hotel last week for two nights and it was actually very good. It is of course strange that the reception is located on the second floor, but I guess that is excusable given that this is an apartment hotel. What's really pleasing is that the rooms are really large. My friends were staying in a one bedroom which had a large bedroom, an even larger dining area and a kitchen. I was staying in a studio - the smallest room they offer - but it was still very large and included a separate sitting area and a kitchen separated from the living are by a bar table. The room was very clean. It also helps that the hotel is newly built. The breakfast had everything I normally eat - plain yogurt, fruits, eggs, etc. Although the room was facing an industrial district, the hotel has the advantage of being only 2 minutes away from the nearest subway station which takes you directly to Nevsky and all the attractions. Overall, I will certainly stay here again if I ever find myself in St. Petersburg again.

Excellent hotel.
Large, comfortable room with various utilities. Good breakfast. Fast internet. Joint (good) restaurants with Holiday Inn. Joint (good) business center. I stayed 3 nights. No complaints at all. I got all what I needed. Recommend it definitely. Stay next time there definitely.

Expensive but very satisfactory
Hotel is "behind" Holiday Inn in a seperate building. It is connected to Holiday Inn by a covered bridge so you can enjoy restaurants at HI. The Staybridge offers free breakfast which is very good (croissants, sausages, egg omlettes, danish, pastries etc). Hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Moskovsky Vorota metro subway station. It took me about 25minutes to go from my room to the Nevsky Prospekt (walking + metro ride + metro escalators). Hotel sells water, hard liquor, beer, etc. 24x7 at front-desk (elevated proces probably). Nice clean rooms, good kitchen. Elevators require card key. Expensive by my standard but very nice and satisfactory, no complaints. Will stay there again if I can afford it :-)

Stayed here for a couple of nights with family, very handy if you have young children and want the option to prepare food in. They are very well equiped for babies and extremely helpful - the staff here really can't do enough for you. My only complaint would be that location is about 5k from the centre - I did however know that when I booked it so it shouldnt be a surprise.

Great friendly staff and loved the free aperitif buffet. Breakfasts were good and overall our experience was very pleasant. Slightly out of town, but close to metro station and we had to walk back once when we missed the last train and it only took about 50 minutes so no problems. St Petersburg is a lovely city, we didn't have any trouble with pickpockets, but I've heard there's a lot around. September is a great time to visit.

I have been to St. Pete's 5 times over the last year, and have stayed in this hotel 3 of those times. Great - FREE - breakfast. FREE laundry, a small gym, wifi, english speaking, clean & comfortable. It's my first choice every time I go.

the hotel was good, convenient for underground station. we felt cheated when we left and asked them to book a taxi for us to go to the airport. they told us they could not book a 'local' taxi for us and we had to pay 950 Rubel for the hotel transport. when it came to the departure, a local taxi appeared but we had already paid them the money. The local taxi should only have cost about 400 or 500 Rubel. Somebody was making some extra money there.
