After a less-than-perfect experience at another hotel in SPb, this was a good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet at night, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was excellent - 10 minute bus journey from/to Pulkovo airport, 10 minute walk to Moskovskaya Metro then a 15 minute metro journey to the centre of SPb. Will definitely stay there again. Only downside: if you stay in a Standard room, you don't get free access to the swimming pool.
I chose to spend a night at this hotel to be near Pulkovo Airport, as my flight was departing very early at 6:30 am; meaning that I'd have to be at the airport by 5 am. Made a reservation through Expedia. Check-in was effortless. Staff was very polite and helpful. Lobby was sparking clean and so was my room. This looks like a brand new property. Room amenities are comprehensive - large modern bathroom with bath and shower stall, comfortable bed, fast and free wi-fi connection.
At check-in, I was charged extra 200 roubles ($4) for some local tax and 600 roubles ($12) for the airport transfer, as the shuttle bus don't start until 6 am. Not a big deal, but I'd prefer to know about this at booking time.
At 4:30 am, there were complimentary hot coffee and croissants in the lobby for those missing breakfast, which was a nice touch. The transfer car drive was polite and the ride to the airport was quick (5-7 minutes).
the hotel is well located in the middle of the city. it is quit luxuries hotel, the rooms and the beds are very big, bed mattress is very comfy, not to soft. the hotel looks quit new, very clean and has a luxuries feeling in it. great place to stay for tourists.

Modern hotel featuring a distinctive tower, set in the historic centre of the city, 100 metres from the bustling main street …More
Large hotel with dated decor and basic facilities, so don't expect any luxuries. River view nice but traffic noise even on 5th floor! Window opens for fresh air. Only Russian TV. For all you Brits no tea/coffee in room so take a mini bolier and cappuccino sachets! Free water available on each floor near to lifts. Has bar with reasonably priced food and smoking area but don't think you can smoke in bedrooms. There are a few restaurants and a small supermarket close by, but go to Lenin square if you want more, which is a 12 minute walk. Beware if it's your first time that Lenina metro has two different exits which totally baffled me the first time - so make sure you have a map as few people speak English. Good buffet breakfast, friendly English speaking reception staff
Everything is good.
Even location is good its not in the center of city but you can get there by subway. Also subway is right next to hotel. Market(mart) is right next to hotel so you can buy whatever you need and it opens until 11pm
Large, comfortable room with various utilities. Good breakfast. Fast internet. Joint (good) restaurants with Holiday Inn. Joint (good) business center. I stayed 3 nights. No complaints at all. I got all what I needed. Recommend it definitely. Stay next time there definitely.
Start was indicative of whole experience - pick up from airport by smart friendly taxi driver in a very nice clean Mercedes. Check in very friendly and room had all you needed hair dryer, Iron, shoe cleaning, safe ....with our one overlooking the very nice courtyard.
Although just off the Nevsky Prospect the hotel was nice and quiet.
Hotel is very close to the underground and the M1 line is a must. 28 Roubles to go as far as you like, go south and get off at each station and just be amazed (ignore the last 3).
St Petersburg is a must. So much to do and see and so clean. Best city I have visited.
