The rooms were not clean. I had called a few weeks ago to ask if there was any construction on the property because we heard from friends that there was and I was told no upon our arrival at the pool they were working on the hotel all week. The other pools looked cloudy so we preferred this pool over the others. Very disappointed

The property is perfect for a family. The kids have a lot of fun with so many outdoor activities. The rooms need some updates. Overall, it is an ideal hotel if you want to have fun with your family, friends, and pets.

Beautiful location! The property is dated; however, the convenience and amenities make up for that. Front desk staff was not helpful when our flight was cancelled with advance notice and we needed to work with them and Expedia to refund one night’s stay. The check-in process was time-consuming and unwelcoming. We are dissatisfied that the hotel is not willing to work with us or Expedia to grant a refund for the night we were unable to stay there due to a cancelled flight because of severe weather in Texas.

Stayed several times and this time was the worst. Nice place, the app to order drinks/food worked sometimes. If you went to the food truck you had to order at one location and get the food at another. Rooms seem a bit tired. In the past you could reserve beach chairs at the hit on the beach, not anymore. They just said try the app which only worked periodically. Way overpriced.
