The check in process was not easy. We had our boat and they made us park under telephone lines about a mile and half from our stay because they “do not allow trailers or boats,” on the property. A little confusing. We also weren’t allowed to use the pool or any extra amenities for the reason we booked here in the first place because we booked through a “3rd party,” and not directly through them. The AC did not work, it took 3 hours for the maintenance man to arrive. We brought out own food because room service was not even an option and had to refrigerator or microwave. They said they would bring one. Never arrived. The next morning had to order a bus to be taken back to our vehicle a mile and half away, which the driver clearly stated he wasn’t able to drive back the long concrete road due to safety. Definitely not worth over $250.00.

Expedia is not received especially as VIP people. We had to climb 4 flights to our room. At 70, we got used to it, but still….. Golf was beyond excellent.

We were there for dance competition. The check process was quick and convenient. We had dinner at the restaurant upon check-in. Everything was delicious. The room accommodations were spacious and clean, but not necessarily completely updated. It was exactly what we needed for our weekend regardless, beautiful view one of the tee offs on the golf course. We were in one of the ballrooms they provided water but we definitely had to order in everything else that we needed. There were no additional accommodations to purchase lunch from the hotel on site in the ballroom area. Very low key. Despite the rainy weekend, the hotel grounds were well-maintained I wish at the very least the Starbucks in the main building would have remained open all day and shifted to sandwiches midday or something for the kids so that we didn't need to leave the hotel.

We like the location. It's conveniently located near the towns & attractions we like to visit. However we are severely displeased with our reservation not being honored. We reserved and paid for a king bed room. unbeknownst to us, we were given a single queen bed room. So after we climbed three floors of stairs, unpacked, and began to relax from a long trip we noticed that our bed was only a queen bed. This is outrageous to have done this to us. So we called the front desk and they offered to remove the resort fee as compensation. That's a start. We'd like further monetary compensation for the thoughtless way we were treated; the discomfort we experienced because of the wrong bed size; and the 3rd floor location of this room. In our past visit to Innisbrook, the King room was on the 1st floor. We assumed this would be the case fro this visit. I'm 75 & my wife is 70. Climbing 48 stairs to get back & forth to our room was exhausting

There was no elevator in our building. It would have been good to know that ahead of time since my husband has had any replacement and hip replacement. Also the shower would not come on completely and the bathtub did not drain so the water pulled around our feet.

We were unimpressed. The restaurant, the food was mediocre, there were no elevators in our building and the rooms were very dated. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the outdoors but the stay was mediocre

It’s a very convenient property if you need to be in the Clearwater area… it’s a little tired on the surface but tidy and the staff is excellent on all fronts…spacious rooms with balconies and kitchenette.

The room was clean. However, the lavatory faucet, showerhead and kitchenette faucet were so clogged with what we presumed to be lime that water barely came out. Showerhead was not tight on the shower arm and had to screw back on and still the water pressure was extremely poor. Shower situation was not noticed until the next morning (stayed only one night) when we were getting ready to leave so room request change was not an option. Staff is very professional and polite during both check in and check out. Notified the front desk of the issue upon checkout. Did not ask for any type of reimbursement, however they removed the resort fee charge. Many of the suites are resident-owned so you may or may not have one that is as pictured on the website. This unit was partially updated and the photo shown when making the reservation was not a true representation of the room.

We did not stay here to play golf or tennis so I can't comment about that. This is a very big place with lots of big trees. The room was outdated, the bathroom is tiny. One of the bedside table lamps did not work and the water bottles were $3.00. There was maid service with extra towels but no extra shampoo/conditioner. It was very quiet. We ate at both restaurants, the food at the pub was very good but the cost for drinks at this resort is ridiculous. $19 to $20 per glass for a glass of average wine.

Relaxing in comfort exceeded expectations.
We were staying for a week at another hotel in the area, and decided to change hotels at the last minute. We were concerned about the recent poor reviews, but we saw nothing like that. The room was amazing, clean, modern and spacious. Although one of the main restaurants was under renovation, we found the service and food at the Ospry Grill to be excellent. We don't golf, so we spent a perfect day relaxing at the Loch Ness pool and spa.

Needs update
Old and needs updating. Room keys needed to be replaced several times on the trip and check-in is far away- what a pain. The tv didn't work nor did some lighting, and the tub wouldn't drain. Had to get maintenance to come. Also, there are no elevators in any of the buildings. Beds were not comfortable. Old carpet and bathrooms.

old and worn down.
The room and building are older. Toilet needed plunged, tv and lamp didn't work and needed someone to fix, had to get new keys made several times as they de activiated (not near my phone, keys, or wallet)- this seemed to happen to several people on property. Starbucks had all their machines not working so couldn't get coffee except in dining room. No elevators in any buildings.

Our second time staying and haven’t been disappointed at all . Our grandson plays college golf and we were there with his team from Ky supporting them . It’s very convenient to everything , our room has been nice , clean and quiet . Everyone is so polite from check in to Pro shop . Our room overlooks the Copperhead golf course and it’s beautiful . Will stay there anytime we are in that area .

I love Innisbrook! My very hard to please sons love Innisbrook. From the rooms to Lochness pool, to the ease of dining at anytime. We had to leave early due to hurricane Idalia heading our way, and we’re heartbroken! Would have loved to stay longer! Coming back our next time for sure!
