My stay was awesome! Great customer service and the valet parking was great, yes it does cost $29.00, but to me it was worth it. Valet employees were awesome!
The golf car rides to restaurants was perfect for me! Close to many different beaches and events; but you do need a rental car to get to most of them. Everyone was so nice and kind (housekeeping/front desk)
You really made me feel safe and comfortable; the breakfast good choices and great variety, I stayed a week.
Valet guys were the best !! The room was immaculate.. I just would have liked if there was a restaurant in the hotel..
check in was a breeze as well as check out thank you to the staff for making our stay so great.. especially the valet staff.. 50 stars to them..
The only think I didn’t like is that they do not mention anywhere that you have to pay for parking $20. I don’t think is fear since you are already staying in the hotel. Do not make any sense.
Even though we we payed through a third party, they couldnt give us a free night due to the noise of the people in the room next to us. It disturbed our night and kept us up past midnight. Ceiling in bathroom was leaking into the toilet. Poor conditions

All the staff at the facility was amazing! But where they REALLY went above and beyond was their golf cart transport service. It made our stay and navigating the area super convenient. Thanks Fairfield staff for a fantastic week in Clearwater! We'll definitely choose you for our future stays.
Well balanced breakfast, clean facilities and rooms. Loved the golf cart transportation service to the beach! Made it so much easier to get there with young kids.
This hotel has all you would expect for cleanliness and service since it is a Mariot hotel with that being said, the pool was very small with a small deck area, no hot tub. Breakfast was mediocre at best no waffles or pancakes just undercooked eggs. There is beach access just a few minutes away but no one rents chairs or umbrellas. So be prepared to lug that stuff with you. Valet parking was okay but have small bills with you to tip if going to dinner or driving to pier 60. I just found the hotel boring and very out of the way.

Quiet location is a plus. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants.
Our hotel room was ok. The sink was not draining properly.
And a highly advertised feee buffet breakfast with Belgian waffles is just your regular hotel breakfast. We ate it once.
This property is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants, beach, shopping, etc. The pool is small but you have the ocean to enjoy. The only thing we didnt like was the pillows, nothing to them, 4 pillows would make 1.

Very nice property no issues with check in or check out very smooth. Like the fact that golf cart transportation to and from the beach and the shopping areas. Only negative was the $29 fee for parking your car at the resort which is normal in Clearwater
Other than that I would stay there again. Breakfast was okay nothing spectacular.
Parking for the hotel is $30 a night. Also for a 7 night stay, they put a $350 hold on my debit card. This wasn’t represented in the details for the hotel. There is also NO good view of the gulf from this property. The advertising and pictures were a little deceptive because it looks like the hotel overlooks the gulf. It doesn’t!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The golf cart transport to the “strip” was a wonderful perk. The property is close enough to walk to the beach (5 minutes) and to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping. You are close to the action but just far enough away to avoid the noise.

Only 1 elevator working everyone had to wait a long time, most time took stairwell. Our heat/ac very loud and noisy and did not work properly despite having staff look at it. Staff were very nice.

Great location, walkable to a lot of restaurants or able to get a lift on golf cart shuttle. Breakfast was awful, cereal and yogurt best option. Only one elevator working the whole time we were there (5 days)
Love the area and hope to come back but will probably try another Marriott property next time
Clean, fresh rooms with super comfortable beds. Excellent free breakfast, with eggs, sausage, bagels, english muffins. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Love that it is near the less crowded part of the beach.
Apparently they are very short staffed,we didn't check in until after 6pm on Thursday because our room wasn't ready and our cleaning day was Saturday. Won't be staying here again
