"We stayed here 4 nights. Beach Haven is a quaint and relaxing place, not swarming with large crowds and partying. The pool is beautiful and we loved sitting in the chairs overlooking the beach. Our first 2 nights were not too restful because of the mattress and it was difficult getting up the steps. As soon as the staff found out about the issue we were allowed to change rooms, which was so delightful. I did not want to leave. I would recommend this place to anyone!"

"Long line and no staff at front desk upon arrival. Elevators were broken majority of time and are very old, decrepit and honestly kinda scary. Room was on 5th floor, literally right across hall from elevator. Heard elevator dinging and loud voices of guests at all hours. No water pressure (shower/sink). Beds and pillows super uncomfortable. Pools are small and have no view of ocean and were heavily overcrowded. Positive notes: loved the coffee counter in the lobby and great location."

"Room was clean although older. Our room had an odor that we couldn't figure out. May just have been from the hurricane water damage. Pool was nice, but would have been better heated. Limited menu at Jimmy B's. Hope they expand that. All in all, I'd stay there again. Beach was nice, and chairs and umbrellas were great to have. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Place could use a little sprucing up, (beautiful fountain not working, fencing an eyesore) but considering the hurricane a few years ago, that'sunderstandable..Still didn't feel like Jimmy B's is the same as it use to be. I expected it to be noisy considering Jimmy B's was right there, but it was actually pretty quiet."

"The service was horrible from the second we stepped foot on their property until a week after we checked out. We are normally budget vacationers, so we don't need much, but we decided to splurge for the suite with Ocean view, it ended up being very outdated but that was fine with us. As we pulled into the property, we were stopped at the guard's shack. The gentleman asked for our name, looked it up and told us to park off to the left and go in a particular door. After waiting at the desk, they tell us we're at the other hotel in the parking lot next door, great start! We take all our luggage in 90-degree heat across the parking lot and wait in another line. We head to our room and we're now a quarter mile away from where we were told to park. My wife and I go to take showers and the drain immediately clogs and you have to continue turning the water off every 60 seconds. So, I pickup the phone to call the front desk, it doesn't work. The next morning, I go back to the office we got our key from and they're closed. I have to continue walking further over to the first office which is over 500ft walk each way and tell them about the drain. 24 hours goes by and nothing is done about the drain. I make another long walk back to the desk to tell them for a 2nd time. The same gentleman at the desk didn't seem concerned at all, didn't apologize and just said, we'll send them out. Limited space here, rest on their Google review. Complete failures"
