"The location was superb, room fantastic view however the hotel inside needs some tlc. The carpet inside the lift was worn, the dining room ceiling was patched up; in my room the tiles surrounding the bath needed re grouting, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling away in the corners and the furniture in my bedroom was shabby and required revarnishing and the paintwork in my room needed touching up and the window frames needed cleaning. "Comfortable and clean hotel and staff were all helpful. Our room was a bit small but I believe the rooms are all different. Disappointed that the restaurant was the same limited menu that the bar served, we opted to go elsewhere but if you have no car you are stuck. Given the location there was a just something missing, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless!"

"The Nook was exceptionally clean and everything looked as if it were never used before. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and a smart tv in room meant I could relax and watch a movie. It was only 15 minute walk to town. The place itself was a bit hard to find. Google maps were sending me close but I eventually had to ask a local where Alexander road was."
