"The hotel is very interesting in the best way, very cozy. The restaurant and coffee shops are also great. The coffee shop was not very clean, even in the morning we got there as soon as they opened and it is not cleaned. The floor had lots of crumbs and stuff all over it and the chairs were pretty nasty. Our room was nice and big however same as the coffee shop lacked in the cleaning department. Our shower faucet was broken and instead of body wash the shower had hand wash instead which was odd. The bathroom also don't have a fan so showers get very steamy. The room carpet was not vacuumed. The beds thankfully were clean. Overall the hotel is nice just needs to up their cleaning protocols for sure. The staff was very friendly."

"Our stay was the day of a Cardinals/Cubs game, and the hotel could not handle the amount of people staying there. We waited an hour and a half to check in, almost getting to the game late, and the next morning it was over an hour to get our car from the valet."
