I stayed at this LaQuinta 6 years ago and liked it. I was disappointed this time. The hot tub they used to have got paved over. The first room I was given smelled so strongly of ammonia that I couldn’t use it. The second room smelled like industrial cleaner and gave me a headache. The bathtub had a loud consistent drip. There were sticky stains just outside of the door. A maintenance worker pounded on the door next to mine and called maintenance so loudly I thought it was for me. That gave me the jumps at 7am on a Saturday morning. With all of that in mind I’m still giving it 4 stars because of the attentive and pleasant staff. They accommodated me with my second room quickly and kindly. Everyone I spoke with was respectful. The woman preparing breakfast was friendly and efficient.

My bathroom shower drain was clogged, bathroom was overall dirty, only two towels available to use and they smelled dirty. They came over quickly to unclog the drain, the breakfast wasn’t what was advertised, only hot thing was scrambled eggs and they were cold.

Room was just fine, had all the conveniences i look for - coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Food nearby. Room was clean. Hotel was much better than i thought it would be after seeing some reviews. I thought it was pretty nice and i am picky. Though i forget to tell them the hairdryer didn't work.
