Everything was fine apart from the filter in our air conditioner, which was caked with dust and made the room musty. I would recommend changing those out more often.

Very clean. The only issue was my room faced the Highway and you can hear the vehicles. I believe the beleve the windows need drapes that are sound insulating drapes to cancel this noise.

Yes, we do apologize about the GPS issues. Some car GPS and also MapQuest do not show us in the proper area still after 4 years of being open. We stopped here just for the night as we passed through and it went far better than we could have imagined. Room was perfect, hotel was great and breakfast was the perfect start to a long day of driving.

We got in late on our cross country move and there was no waiting for the room and there was excellent from the blonde woman at the front desk. Room accommodations were phenomenal.

I'm sorry. I think there may be some confusion. Our market area has no locks on it nor a door to close said market. We also have staff here 24/7 at the front desk. So I'm not sure which location you stayed at where they were inconsiderate by closing their market and front desk at that early time, but it could not have been here. The breakfast buffet was excellent, immaculately clean and well stocked. This really made a huge difference to our stay and will bring us back to this location and other Holiday Inn Express locations in the future.

The hotel and our room was very clean but we were in a suite room that sleeps 6 and there was only 1 bath towel, no hand towels, and I had to go down to front desk to ask for bedding for pull out couch. The staff running the front desk were friendly and helpful with the issues.
