This hotel exceeded every expectation I had, I knew it was going to be nice but it was a blast! The services on site (full rec center, huge pools, ice bath, sauna, hot tub, did I mention a full rec center with a teen game room even.) we will be staying here again for sure. The breakfast buffet was amazing also, fresh made omelets and great bacon and everything else. Great place and staff!
The heaters need to be cleaned. When we turned our heat up it smelled like smoke which started the smoke detector. Staff was great about sending us a maintenance man Devante who made sure it was safe,
Hotel is rather dated. Had three elevators, only one was functioning all weekend. Rooms are rather small. Has a nice gym and pool, however they close at 8pm on the weekends. Would not ever recommend for a family trip. Definitely geared toward business travelers.

Room seemed a bit dated. Carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. Lobby was nice. Staff was friendly.
Good breakfast(surcharge). The hotel is clean. There isn’t much close to the hotel but it’s far from restaurants and other entertainment. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a fridge in the room. I LOVED the digital check-in options, although with that option it was supposed to be a contactless check-in, it wasn’t contactless. I loved that we got to choose our floor and room number on the app. Overall, I would stay again.
I booked a room for 4 people: a king and pull-out couch. In order to use the pull-out, we had to rearrange the room to get it to fit when open. There were no sheets on it, so I requested bedding from the front desk. I was provided 2 flat sheets and one pillow. When I stated that we needed another pillow and a blanket, he said he would come back with one but never did. The mattress on the pullout was so thin that you could feel every wire and spring. It was not a comfortable stay.
Hotel staff very professional and courteous. Very accommodating with everything we needed. Very clean hotel and awesome pool. Would recommend to others and hope to stay there again.
The young lady named Darby was very helpful and courteous in helping to find the Health Center. Her smile and acknowledge me and other guests looking confused had helped make us feel comfortable ! Also the hotel manager was just simply amazing , he helped me and my friends(other guests) feel so welcomed and was very hospitable and offered any further assistance that we may need during our stay !!! What a pleasant and enjoyable stay and would recommend staying at the Double Tree in Chesterfield ! I'll be back next time in St Louis !! Thank you all very much !!!
Trip was fantastic! Only suggestion is a little more lighting in the entry to room over/around the mirror for makeup! Other than that the hotel was awesome
The hotel was rundown and dirty; stains on carpet and worm furniture in the lobby and halls. Our room has stains on some fabrics like lamp shades and wallpaper. The shower could have benefited from a bleach spray. The indoor pool was dated and had tiles missing and coming off. Not what I expected from a 4 star convention center Hilton.
It was catastrophic. Just before this I’d come from out of state to say goodbye to my beloved Mom over the last 4 days of her life. When I arrived at THIS hotel 5 days later upon returning for her Memorial Services tracking place the next morning I was forced to wait TWO AND A HALF HOURS for the room I had reserved. I had arrived 45 minutes AFTER the check in time. Calling from the ONE AND A HALF HOUR point forward had me increasingly desperate. It only became ready after my final time being put on hold for over 5 minutes - during which I marched into the lobby and begged as I sobbed aloud for them to please give me my room. I can only guess they were embarrassed in front of the small crowd of other people in line to check in. It was humiliating as I had nowhere else to go nor the emotional capacity to look elsewhere at 6:15 pm on a Friday. The room lacked several standard modern amenities. An expensive room service meal and nice bed in a clean room were small comfort when my Mom’s Memorial Services would be taking place less than 16 hours from entering the room I’d reserved.

Great stay clean and friendly staff. Hotel room was a little more dated than it looked in the pictures when booking on line But overall we were happy.
