"We had an issue with the bathroom. Overnight we had lots of bugs that came into the bathroom and were crawling all over. When we called the front desk about it, they said unfortunately we cannot do anything since the booking was done through Expedia!!! It is very unfortunate that we had to go through this kind of experience and response from the hotel. I hope Expedia compensates me for this as I am going to post my reviews online on social media to make sure others do not have to go through a similar experience and also hesitate to book through Expedia if this is how they will be treated.
