Other then the pool being used by a ton of rambunctious kids throwing toys around and bunch of unruly adults in the hot tub blocking other people’s use of it all night hotel was nice.

Checking in took much longer than it should have. The person checking me in was having trouble with the process. When I got to my room I used the bathroom and when I washed my hands water started pouring out onto the floor. I called the desk and asked for maintenance. After a wait, it was determined that I would need a new room. After another wait, keys for a different room were delivered. When I got into my second room I discovered that the room was not that clean. Surfaces were dusty, the sink was dirty and there was dirt on the floor. I am a Hilton Honors member and my experience at this particular Hilton did not meet my expectations.

Booked the room from 6 hour drive away mainly because of the pool and hot tub….when we got there we were told that both are broken…have been for a while….and will be for a while…,we were offered to use the pool in the motel next door but it was cold out and pouring rain….room was nice but if I had known these issues we would have picked a different location

The night front desk person was very nice and helpful,the lobby is clean and well decorated. There are plenty of snacks and beverages to purchase,with a nice perk of complimentary water and cookies. The room was spacious,clean and odor-free. The beds were comfortable ,plenty of pillows and extra blanket in closet. The air condition worked great. The shower had plenty if hot water. I personally loved the complimentary toiletries(shampoo,conditioner,body wash,soap,ear plugs,lotion) as well as the coffee maker,with coffee and water). Breakfast isnt complimentary but it is inexpensive.$10 for breakfast bar(cereals,fresh oatmeal(lots of toppings),fresh fruit,milk,juice,toast and bagels). Or you can order an omelet($17) ,etc and the breakfast bar comes with it. We ate way too much and it was delicious. Checkout clerks and breakfast crew were very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again. The gym looks nice and clean as well,but we didnt use it. Parking was ample and safe. This hotel was a very comfortable and convenient midway stop on our way to Monreal. Much appreciated ☆☆☆☆☆

I spent the evening with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding and enjoyed our stay. I am a previous employee and everyone treated me as family and made me feel special on my wedding day. They made sure that we were comfortable during our stay. They also allowed us to have a late check out with no question. We had a great over night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Watertown/Thousand Island! Our room was spotless and the decor was updated. The staff were fabulous and helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we visit again next year!

The hotel itself was okay. I took my dog and was charged $75.00 for 1 night that I was not aware of then in the room my dog found an Atomic Fireball candy which thankfully I got from right away. The traffic noise outside the hotel was so bad no one in the room got any sleep so we left at 5:00 A.M. then when I looked at my receipt they charged me another $6.00 fee??? Not real happy about the whole stay.
