"We were a group of 6 adults and 5 children (2 families and 2 grandparents). There was plenty of room for everyone with the number of beds in the 3 large bedrooms. Bunk beds were put in one of the rooms which worked well. "Whilst very very noisy neighbours from 11pm until 2am is not the fault of the hotel staff, but rather the ignorance of the neighbours themselves, I would have preferred security to have been more intent with their actions when asking them to keep the house down, especially after multiple calls to reception due to them becoming excessively noisy every time the security left the floor. No room to do weights in the gym, and the chest press machine was wedged"

"The staff were friendly and kind, the room was clean. However, for me personally, the room didn’t match the price point. I stayed in the presidential room and it was very underwhelming. Buildings mostly blocked the view of the river which was the main attraction for me booking this room. Overall, it was nice but expensive for what it is."
