"Fabulous stay with my husband and son in a one bedroom with sofa bed. Location was the best, apartment had everything we needed and was spacious. The staff were all awesome. Would stay there again, and likely shall."

"We had a twin standard room so wasn't expecting too much, but we had a lovely view into town with the sea in the distance. The bath over the shower was adequate, the toiletries were plentiful and the room was small but perfectly acceptable. The food was great, plenty to choose from at breakfast and dinner was great value at around £33. The spa was amazing! Already looking at when we can return. Thank you. "

"The hotel was well located and had a nice reception area. Our bedroom was nice but a bit noisy due to overlooking a main road. Pillows were very thin and we had to double them up. Weirdly, our bathroom sink was at mid-thigh level which was odd given that the room was too small to be a wheelchair-friendly room. The spa area was nice but there were no tea mugs in the relaxation room and no hooks in the shower areas for towels/swimwear. Bohemia was a nice restaurant but the food was a little...

"This hotel was simply ama big! The customer service was outstanding. They did everything they could to ensure we had a wonderful experience. "

"The position of the hotel is convenient for the shops, the port and the bus station. The standard rooms are extremely 'tight'. There is very little space in the bedroom and a tiny bathroom. No views from the windows. If staying in St Hellier again, I would choose Premier Inn because the rooms are bigger and more 'user friendly'."

"This Hotel is spotless, everywhere is clean, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was very good the only thing was that there wasn't air conditioning in the bedroom other than that we couldn't fault this Hotel and we will stay again at the Savoy!"

"Stayed here for a 3 night business trip and I could not have chosen a better hotel. Spotless throughout, staff very friendly and accommodating, food superb and the garden and pool areas were tremendous. 20 minute walk (down hill) to the center with many taxis if you need a lift back. Would love to come back again on a relaxing break and see more of this lovely island. Many thanks again."

"Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. All food was great, breakfast set us up for the day! Good Location just outside St Helier centre and a fabulous tidal pool to swim in the sea just opposite the hotel. Outdoor pool at the hotel is heated to a good temperature."

"We had a lovely stay. Room was great although parts of the hotel are a little tired but being renovated in time for summer. Breakfast and staff were excellent. I would stay with Best Western in Jersey again."
