The hotel was to loud you could hear people on top walking in their room and dog barking outside in the hallway.
Easy check-in, nice hotel & room, liked the back door that was close to our room. Amazing breakfast choices (let those staff that we appreciated that. Their mission to make sure all choices were available was also was appreciated.
Property was comfortable, breakfast was good, and location is excellent. We enjoyed staying there for the convenience and would stay again. For improvements, some of the carpet areas are looking tired and should be replaced. Also, the rooms are incredibly dark. They need ceiling lighting or something, because the wall lights and table lamps are not enough.
Great location in central Saint George, near shopping and restaurants. Large room with good air conditioning and comfortable beds and linens. The hotel is a bit outdated but the location makes up for it.

Little outdated. Car wash next-door blowers were extremely loud from our room. There was is mold in the corners by the tub on tile. The breakfast was better than most.
The carpeting was gummy and worn out everywhere. Dining room chairs had holes in the vinyl seats. Sad condition. Not what I expected from A Hampton, Room service on Sunday was two boys who were careless. No tissue left for us, bare minimum. However they did get the mirrors. The excess of fragrance was necessary. Saw the housekeeping cart with Fabreeze, Fabuloso. Without all those fragrances, it probably would have been odorous.
Our stay was excellent. Hotel was clean and modern. Room was comfortable. The mini fridge was not working, but we didn’t need it. Breakfast was delicious: waffles, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, sausage, juice, and coffee. Staff was professional. I will stay again.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. The shower head is adjustable and the grab bars well placed. The only thing that I don't like is the peep hole on the door is much too high for this 5'3" senior.
It was very clean and the staff were very good and kind. My biggest complaints are that the bathroom had no fan and from the moment we walked it our room, it was very humid and muggy. We turned the room's fan near the windrow on and it never seemed to really help enough. I think it also doesn't help that the room was quite small. There was a little wardrobe closet, but it small and not anywhere near the bathroom, so that was a little inconvenient. The breakfast was really great. We liked that they had an indoor AND outdoor pool. Overall, it was a good stay, but the humidity in the room was really bothersome.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was great! Morning staff was amazing! Night staff was slow to check in and little grouchy. Hot tubs were great.

Seems like new owners? We stay here every year and this year the staff wasn't very nice and the morning breakfast was pretty bad. Room is really nice and clean, but the rest, sadly, has gone downhill.
It’s an older building but the rooms are clean and nice. This is the second time we stayed here in two months driving from California to the wasatch. First time it was much quieter, but this last time was a holiday weekend and you could hear the traffic. One of two elevators is broken and the employee I talked to about it said they are having a hard time getting someone to come fix it. Makes it for a long wait but I don’t mind walking the stairs when there’s a crowd waiting for the elevator. The kids love the indoor and heated outdoor pools.
