I had high expectations of this hotel being part of the Holiday Inn Chain. How disappointed we were on checkin. The lobby is nice and the staff are friendly. It’s the rooms which let the property down. They are old, dull, out-dated and just feel dark and dirty. The bathrooms are large, but the vanity is outside and located in the actual room! The shower is over a small bath with a shower curtain only, allowing water to flow onto the floor and carpets. I will say, the water pressure and water temperature was good.
The room has a very large air conditioning unit which is loud and shook the room every time it switched on and off. It kept us up all night with no sleep. Our blockout blinds were also broken and unable to open the curtains to see the views.
The property is located in Springdale with shuttle stops a short walk and parking is ample, but they will charge you $10.00 USD per day to park.
I felt that for the cost, we could have stayed at a much nicer property and I would not stay there again
