Starting with the positives, it was a very clean and nice looking hotel. The staff was very friendly and it was a breeze to check in and out. The negatives exceed the positives however, so for this cost it was absolutely not worth it and we won’t be staying again. The beds were insanely hard and we all have sore backs from our stay, and the pillows were insanely hard too. The second thing is the pool, this is not a very kid friendly hotel. The pool is teeny tiny and there is no hot tub. The breakfast was clean, but there isn’t much variety, and there was no hot food other than waffles. It was nice enough, but absolutely not worth it for the cost.

Very nice three night stay, easy to get to off the freeway. The staff were very friendly, they had a great continental breakfast and dining room. The rooms were nice, clean, and the shower was perfect, great water pressure. Overall, I felt very safe and comfortable there, I would highly recommend!

We have stayed at other Microtells by Wyndham before and this stay was great. At first, we were in our room settling in, but after turning on the heat we smelled dog. Our daughter was on the mat for the window sill and it smelled horrible as well as had animal hair. Our hostess at the front desk (Elsa) was wonderful and put us in a new room. My wife is super allergic to pet hair and so this was a relief. Other than that small inconvenience it was a great stay. We were very pleased they could move us to a different room. To those that sneak animals into a no animals allowed hotel: screw you!

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were nice and the shelves in the bathroom helped to store your toiletries for your long stay. The breakfast was minimal and wish there was more options.

The property was good, the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very poor, no bacon or scrambled eggs. And the lady at the front desk was very curt and unfriendly . At any hotel, the person at the front desk should be friendly and helpful. She was neither.

Waiting room and outside seemed inviting and well maintained. The room was ok clean, but there were spots on the walls and small hairs that should be wiped down daily. Otherwise seemed clean and in good order

No good parking when we arrived. Had an extended pickup truck with about a 30' 5th wheel camper parked across multiple parking places near front of the building and a pickup truck parked across multiple places in front of the hotel. There were only about 3 places left in a dark area around the back edge of the building. The night agent told my wife to make a parking place. Only thing we figured was to park on the outside of the support for the canopy covering the entrance, opposite side of the concrete where one of the night workers had parked. She came running out and said we could not park there because of the shuttle bus parked there. We had stayed there about week before and they have no shuttle bus. We did not see one either of the 2 times we stayed. Seems like it was important to park their car under the cover, but we were not allowed to park on the outside of the cover. There was not a no parking sign in sight. It appeared that the safety customers was not important to this person. If the parking around the back was good enough for customer, it should have been for the night clerk.

Clean property. Didn’t speak at checkin. 4oz coffee cups, Fruit Loop flavored yogurt only, but area was clean. Just a little too frugal in places.
