We didn’t have reservations due to us driving so we stopped in… the receptions had two people in front of me and she rudely said u all would be better off reserving online. So as I stood in the line I did just that with Expedia . No problems there so I checked in and she was like well I could have gave u better deal if u didn’t do that ??? Anyways got checked in. Room was fine we ended up with a handicap room not that we needed that but that is what she gave me. Room was clean. But for sure a OLD motel….. needs updating

The man at the desk was very friendly! Our room seemed clean but very dated with wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. The bath mat to use after a shower or bath was actually already wet as was the fancy folded washcloth on top of it. The bed however was very comfortable.

The owner is the one who runs the front desk and his wife is the housekeeper. They were both very rude took dirty towels and never gave us more. My daughter got sick while there puking on carpet which i cleaned but he kept my deposit and pet deposit saying it wasnt a hospital or vet. We paid 35 per dog nonrefundable and 150 each night refundable deposit but since my daughter got sick (even though i told him and it was cleaned up)he kept the deposit and threatened to call the cops because I was sitting outside waiting for a ride after checkout. The place isnt somewhere i would ever stay again or recommend.

Brandon, We apologize for you stay. We wish you had brought your concerns up so we could have moved you to another room. We do have smoking rooms but they are in the back. Our hotel is indoors vs. outdoors. Hope you understand and book your next trip accordingly.

Dirty, outlets in room didn’t work, outlet covers missing, room carpet very dirty, stained, coffee pot was covered in grime so I could not use it. Advertise breakfast but there was none. Front desk clerk rude. Should be taken off Travelocity. The whole place smelled like smoke-even or non smoking room.

Worst experience ever
The sink was dirty look like it hadn’t been cleaned . The ice machine didn’t work. I had traveled 10 hours and needed to take a bath and could not the tub did not stop up to take a bath . The flat sheet had cigarette burns the fitter sheet was dirty. I really felt unsafe on this floor that I put a chair at the door. The attendant was very rude . I wasn’t aware of 100 dollar deposit what if I didn’t have it . She gave me a hard time with taking my passport said I needed a I. D . Or a driver license when a passport is behind identification.

The woman that checked me in was very rude and hateful. They say they are pet friendly but didnt bother to say there is an additional charge for your pet. Couldn't take a shower as they ran out of or didn't have hot water in the shower.

This hotel freaking stole from me, this place sucks. It says it was pet friendly but when I arrived to check in they told me they did allow pets so they did not let me stay, they told me they would refund me back through Expedia but after months of fighting with hotel they don’t want to refund me and keep saying it’s my fault. This place will just steal your money.

Place smelled. I did have a smoking room but it was a mold/mildew smell. Room very out dated. The manager yelled in my window from the outside!! Very unprofessional, he should have called or came to room not yelled (twice) into an open window. His concern was totally stupid and made no sense. Lamp by table was unplugged and broken. Hard to work on laptop when you can't see. Only good thing was bed seemed clean and was comfy.

Pretty great stay. We weren’t in the hotel long. The only problem we’re that hallway was so humid it smelled a bit, and when I tried to call the front desk it rang about 20x with no answer

We arrived pretty late at night. When we arrived there was no parking whatsoever on the side of the building where the entrance was for us to get in, due to a semi taking up 3 space parked side ways, some company trucks with a trailer hooked to it, were taking up like 6-8 parking spots parked sideways. So we had park how far away and cart all our stuff back. There was no elevator, so had to cart all our stuff up a flight of stairs to the 2nd floor. Our first night there, there was what sounded like water running next door, very loud, all night long, which made sleeping very difficult. Beds were very hard, pillows were soft. Pop machine didnt work. So honestly if there would of been another hotel options (everything was booked for the holiday weekend), we would of stayed somewhere else.

The front desk staff would not let us use a different credit card. I reserved it under my name and my mother in law was going to pay. They refused to let us use it. I just was at another hotel and we did pay with another card. The pool was not open, they said for covid reasons. They did not serve or offer any breakfast due to covid. I call the hotels right next to them and their pool is open and serving breakfast. The room smelled musty. It was clean. Beds was clean, soft.

Rude!!!
The managers were rude. They called me telling me someone else wanted my room so if I wasn’t coming soon they’d give my room away because they were so busy. I told them I wouldn’t be there until 10pm and they were just rude.
